Nice beach front resort. Good menu item. Friendly staff. Stayed in dorm rooms during qhiet season. Large but cold pool. Lots of activities.

What an experience! match none, I have to say that the stuff, house keeping and everything was just mindblowing. Many thanks go to the travel agency Famous transport, the way they arranged everything from scratch was amazing, special thanks go to Said who smoothly fit all our desires ! What a gentil person! One last thing I shouldn't skip is to greatly express my gratitude to Soukaina for the hospitality and kindness ! Will defintely come back again !

Selina Dakhla is a remarkable hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The hospitality and service provided were exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This place is perfect for digital nomads. The co-working space is well designed and so inspiring, and the internet is super fast for such a remote location. We are far from the crowd of Laguna, but yet it is super accessible, as the hotel has shuttle buses that can drop you off in Laguna, Dakhla City, and the airport. Food is delicious, and rooms are suitable for short- and long-term stays. The team is so friendly and is here to help 24 hours a day. Beside that, it is super grounding and healing to just be living by the ocean for couple of days enjoying the sunset and sunrise in the Sahara.

I can only summarize my stay at Selina as HORRIBLE, this SCAM should be removed from Booking, it is the worst accommodation I have ever been in my life. The hotel was DIRTY in general, the room had not been cleaned, the light did not work, the bed was full of sand, the shower full of hair, there was no gel or toilet paper and everything was full of flies. It took several hours to give us a new room. The common areas were full of sand, the hammocks and cushions very dirty and the tables full of dirty dishes that took hours to pick up and full of flies. Breakfast and dinner were VERY BAD, and there was hardly any food for the guests, neither cutlery, the glasses were all dirty, we ordered food from the menu and they told us that we could only order one dish from the entire menu and it also took more than one hour to serve. For personal reasons we had to leave 3 days earlier than planned but they charged us for the entire stay. We have claimed our money incessantly, but they do not give us a clear answer, we know that most of the guests LEFT the hotel due to the conditions.

Location good. Service terrible. The hotel lacks any kind of managment I can see. Staff nice but inattentive. Have to search out people to take your food order and then wait ages. Frustrating and disapointing. Selina brand if you are reading this - spend the money and invest in a decent manager - you can’t run a hotel from afar. Apart from poor restaurant service - the little chalets aren’t cleaned everyday so you end up with loads of sand in the room by the end of your stay. You’ve just opened but get your house in order cause staying here you need to be on valium 100% of the time - which sort of defeats the object of going on vacation.

Excellent service and amazing people. There is a meeting room where you can do your conf calls peacefully and go straight to jump in the amzing swimming pool. The food is excellent, and if you are a fun of Yoga, there is a dedicated place for this strange activity :-)

A FUIR !! Séjour d’une semaine, chambre insalubre, buffet quasiment vide et avec des insectes dans la nourriture. Suite à ce séjour catastrophique on nous a promis un remboursement intégral, cela fait 6 mois que je me bats pour obtenir un contact et un remboursement et je n’ai toujours rien. On nous a potentiel dit que finalement ça serait 25% du séjour et pas l’intégralité ! Une vraie catastrophe !! Passez votre chemin !

L’hôtel Selina est situé à environ 40mn de la ville de Dakhla, totalement isolé.Il est composé de bungalows et d’espaces communs, tels coworking et salon TV. La cuisine y est excellente et les assiettes présentées avec raffinement. Le service est impeccable. Merci à Simon pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur de tous les instants. Les bungalows à la décoration marocaine moderne sont confortables, notamment la literie. Les chambres sont propres, faites quotidiennement.Nous sommes venus pour le calme, et nous l’avons trouvé en période de basse saison. A un détail près, le samedi 25/11/2023, le restaurant s’est transformé en discothèque, avant même la fin de notre repas, sans aucune communication auprès des clients. Une centaine de personnes extérieures a participé à cette soirée. La musique a résonné jusqu’à 5h du matin le 26, avec éclats de voix et bagarres….notre bungalow étant proche, nous avons passé une nuit blanche ! Dommage ….
