This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at the Le Récit hotel for 4 nights and I highly, highly recommend this hotel. It's newly opened in 2021 with modern furnishings and a warm, inviting French aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also delicious, with some variation in the spread every day so you don't get bored of eating the same thing.
But the best aspect of the hotel is its level of service. The staff are all warm and friendly, with great attention to detail. And since our stay was during the Christmas period, we were pleasantly surprised with hot chocolate when we returned to the hotel one day! Where the cups had holiday-themed images hand-drawn on them!
In particular, the supervisor, Hana (aka Ngan), goes the extra mile to help wherever she can. During our stay, she gave plenty of recommendations on things to do, see and eat. You can trust her recommendations as she makes the effort to visit the attractions herself so she can share her first-hand experience at these places.
And the food recommendations of Hana's we went to are *all* on point. They were so good. (For example, try Cháo Hàu Sữa - Huỳnh Văn for oyster porridge or Quán Hy Mập Đà Lạt for American and Vietnamese fusion food, or Phở Hiếu for tasty pho near the hotel!)

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests.
Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close!
The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!!
Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share!
Hesitate to come back.

Gần khách sạn có nhiều chỗ cho thuê xe máy giá rẻ từ 70k-80k xe số, 100k cho xe ga (thuê qua ks thì giá cao hơn chút). Chỗ để xe ks rộng rãi, tuy nhiên thang máy hơi nhỏ và sàn thang máy thấp hơn 1 chút nên ai ko chú ý thì bị hẫng chân hoặc mấy bạn kéo vali thì cẩn thận. Dãy phòng có cảm giác ko liên quan đến khu vực sảnh tiếp tân (hình như là 2 căn nhà ghép lại). Phòng rộng, mình đặt phòng 1 giường đôi mà đc nhận phòng 2 giường đôi luôn. Cách âm ko tốt, lúc trưa mình ngủ thì nhân viên khách sạn dọn phòng kế bên và bên này nghe thấy hết.

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Room is quite old, but clean. Warmly welcome, enthusiasm. The hotel is suitable for resort guests and nature lovers, fresh green space, walking 1 round the lakeside road is an experience to try to relax your mind in the silence with only the sound of birds. This is the farthest resort point to the left of the lake from the sacom or prenn pass, so many people will be afraid, the evening road with the lights off will be a little scared; But the resort has a shuttle bus to the city center, everyone should take advantage.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from my room. I was treated to a picturesque view.
Conveniently located, Cam Ly Homestay is just a short distance away from the famous Crazy House and within walking distance of other attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring Dalat and immersing yourself in the local culture. The homestay's strategic location allowed me to easily access authentic cuisine and experience the city's charm.

Cam Ly Homestay's blend of warm hospitality, gorgeous views, and convenient location make it an irresistible choice for anyone visiting Dalat. Be aware that the home stay is about a 45 minute drive traffic dependent from the airport. Instead of using local taxis, download the Grab app and apply a discount for the best way of traveling there. Also be aware that you will pay extra for toll fees. Also be aware that the car can only drop you at the bottom of the alleyway. You’ll need to walk the last 10m uphill. Pro:
The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily.
Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples.
Con:
The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold.
When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ...
*** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop.
Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door.
After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate.
No wifi information stored in the app or in the room.
Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI booked a dormitory bed. Check on at 14:00 but John allowed me to keep my bags in front of the reception. The location is ok, there is laundry on the right side of the hostel around 200m. They provide hairdryer and clean towel. The bathroom is clean, they also provide shower gel with shampoo. They also have common space at the first floor.
Negative: the dormitory is not a room, the is no door. So anyone can come and go.. the is no personal locker. The overall hostel conditions is not ‘tidy’ as they having renovations on going. I didn’t get any sleep because the other guests are coming in and out, walking, talking on the phone, there is also weird ‘slapping’ sound at 5am for 10-15 minutes (i have no idea what that was) all this noisy are at 2-5 in the morning. The person staying next to my bed came back at 3am.. they absolutely don’t know how to do things quietly. Maybe the owner should remind the guests during checkin. Given the price, its still ok. So, if you want a good sleep, book the private room instead.

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel.
Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition).
Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove).
Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was so adorable! It truly felt like we were in a little fairy village. We arrived a little later in the evening, and the owner, who lives on site was very welcoming. My only downside to our stay was the bathroom. There is no shower curtain, so the water literally gets everywhere. I’m not sure if the smell of urine was coming from the drainage or if it was leaking somewhere from the toilet. Either way that was the only real issue we found. The beds are not very plush so be prepared. Also if you’re like me, and don’t want to leave your physical passport at the desk the entire stay, be prepared to pay 1M VND, to hold as security(you’ll get it back if you have no damages). I wasn’t prepared for that so it took me a little aback. All in all we absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. On the day of our departure, the owner called a taxi for us, which saved us almost half of what GRAB was going to charge. If we ever return to Dalat, we would absolutely stay here again!

Nói chung gia đình mình rất ưng ý sẽ quay lại lần nữa

MMM_153The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection
