酒店工作人員服務很好，到了之後會有茶水，還有酸奶!還會遞消毒毛巾擦手，會挨個房間送銀耳湯，會幫忙拿行李。房間全屋智能，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶，房間衞生很乾凈，自助早餐挺不錯。離大理站近，去雞足山很方便。那佳酒店工作人員的服務在大理下關應該排第一名了，必須支持⬆️如實評價，有什麼不滿意的還請接下來入住的客人諒解呢。

退房好幾天了，翻開手機還看到那家度假酒店的一些圖片，瞬間感覺想給他一個五星好評。裝修的特別漂亮。時尚與大氣，材料都是大理石材和黑桃木，早餐廳有位長髮美女來問大家早上好多吃點温暖的關心的話語。住過最好的一個酒店，最舒適，最安心，最舒心，所有員工都非常熱情好客，專業禮儀禮貌非常好。衞生也特別好，安靜環境特別好。性價比極高的一個酒店。辦公桌休閑的小圓桌子都是很精緻。沙發特別的舒服。也做的特別好的一個酒店，房間設施特別好的一個酒店，我感覺比五星級好多了。我想給八星級酒店評價，大家來試試哦。硬件設施設備最好，服務最好的酒店。

一定要訂大床房！！！！！雙床房空間太窄了，懷疑實際不夠詳情頁寫的面積，床和投影儀間的走道甚至放不下攤開的行李箱。續住的大床房整體好很多，雖然挨着馬路邊床上曬不到太陽，但是空間寬敞很多，窗外視野好能看得見沒有被建築物遮擋的風景。睡眠不好的人最好入住背街的房間。門店大堂不算大，附近有公交車站，出行方便。酒店走廊佈局很合理，走廊兩邊盡頭有窗户，採光好。衞生間乾濕分離光線明亮通透，智能馬桶恆温加熱還有一次性馬桶墊，打掃衞生的阿姨每天會敲門詢問是否需要打掃衞生。可惜了酒店沒有洗衣機，總體來説很滿意，性價比高。

這次在大理高鐵站附近住的這家賓館，體驗感超棒，必須來誇一誇。位置太方便了，出站走幾步就到，對於趕高鐵的我來説簡直是福音，完全不用匆忙趕路。房間整潔敞亮，床鋪柔軟，睡得特別踏實，配套設施也很齊全，熱水充足、網絡穩定。前台服務超貼心，入住退房都高效，還幫忙寄存行李，讓我能無負擔地周邊逛逛。賓館周邊吃飯的地方多，不愁找不到美食。整體性價比超高，要是來大理坐高鐵需要住宿，選這兒準沒錯。

出差到大理，這是一家開友不久的酒店，設計感拉滿，老闆服務態度好、入住體驗感超好，全屋智能、電動窗簾，還乾淨衞生關鍵是離大理火車站非常近也就幾百米走路十分鐘、交通非常方便。入住還送冰島村的古樹茶葉和咖啡，一樓還有個社區食堂吃飯也好吃乾淨衞生。在此強烈推薦，下次來還在住這家。

很普通的快捷宿舍。給予幾點建議：1.熱水與冷水是靠水龍頭上的標識來猜的，不能清楚快速的開水。2.淋浴的水太小了，建議換一個花灑。3.地板太滑，今天我滑摔到了，如果年紀大點的就慘了。4.洗手間建議放一盤綠植增加點温馨感，太機械式了。5）毛巾太硬了，擦水會有刮肉感。6）牙刷掉毛嚴重，一口的刷毛。建議有更多的選擇。

房間離高鐵站很近，步行十分鐘就到了，位置很好找，房間乾淨衞生，又大又舒暢，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離真的很不錯，比我們在昆明住的同等價位酒店好的簡直太多了，性價比很高的酒店，會推薦給朋友的

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.
