Excellent, excellent, excellent! Every evening, they offer warm milk as a 'goodnight' drink. They also have ethnic costumes available, and the courtyard is beautiful. Breakfast is quite good, especially the special rice noodles. The garden coffee and afternoon tea are delicious and plentiful. The hotel's flower pastry is exceptionally tasty!

Our butler Chuyi provided excellent service. Airport transfers were well-arranged. Room service was efficient without being intrusive, and the succulents in the courtyard were blooming beautifully. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions, and it's much less windy here compared to the Xiaguan district, which can be quite blustery. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the lady making the rice noodles was very friendly and attentive, and the noodles tasted great too.

The LUCHUN Garden Hotel is fantastic! The environment is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bedding is soft and comfortable. The succulents in the garden courtyard are thriving, and enjoying tea or coffee there is truly relaxing. Breakfast is also excellent; the freshly cooked mushroom rice noodles are delicious, and the wontons with mushroom broth offer a unique flavor. There's a wide variety of options too. Butler Chuyi was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. After booking, they contacted me promptly and added me on WeChat, answering all my questions and responding to every request. Everyone's service was so considerate; they helped with luggage, breakfast could be delivered to the room, and there was even bedtime milk in the evening. The only downside was the shuttle drivers, especially the one with license plate 99801, who kept pushing for private car tours and tried to get customers to add them on WeChat. Also, many drivers smoked right by the entrance and weren't in uniform, which affected the hotel's image and was a stark contrast to the other staff. Aside from this one point, the rest of the service was truly, truly excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

Dali Luchun Garden Hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip! Right after booking, the concierge proactively reached out to confirm our needs, and upon arrival, they handled all our luggage – the service was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious and bright, with complete amenities and a nice touch of complimentary toiletries. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and we even received warm milk every night to help us sleep. The location is superb, very close to Dali Ancient City and Erhai Lake, with a free shuttle service available. It's also super convenient for exploring the nearby food street. The breakfast was a rich spread of Chinese and Western options, and the freshly made rice noodles were exceptionally delicious – we had a bowl every day, perfect for all ages. Our entire experience was fantastic, and the service from our concierge, Chuyi, was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Dali!

This hotel is nestled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, offering convenient transportation and a plethora of dining options. Right outside, to the right, you'll find the snack street of Dali University and a whole street dedicated to halal cuisine, so there's plenty to explore. The scenery is beautiful too; from the courtyard, you can look up and see the stunning snow-capped mountains. If you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden mountain in the sunrise' phenomenon. At night, there's a whole sky full of stars to admire, and the courtyard is filled with adorable succulents that are incredibly therapeutic. In the mornings, you can bask in the sun – it's incredibly comfortable. The hotel butler service is top-notch; they're always on call, promptly addressing any needs, and even reaching out in advance, which really puts your mind at ease. A special shout-out to our butler, Qiyue, who truly made us feel at home during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dali.

We love the hotel for its spacious clean and quiet rooms. The rooms are heated with humidifiers great for winter. The hotel arranged to pick us up from Dali railway station, with complimentary transfers to/from town. The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome fruit box on arrival, a beautiful and tasty afternoon tea set and warm milk in the evening. On departure we received a box of flower cakes ❤️ We prefer a firmer mattress but other than that we had a fantastic stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel.

The hotel's internal environment is absolutely superb, and the service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making for a fantastic experience! 🤩 From pre-check-in to check-out, the service was truly exceptional throughout. I had been worried about encountering various issues while traveling, but with our personal butler, I didn't have to stress about a thing. Whether asking for directions to attractions or looking for local delicacies, he explained everything clearly, patiently, and in great detail. During my stay in Dali, it was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose LUCHUN GARDEN again and ask for Butler Rou Rou!

Beyond imagination, truly satisfied! The hotel is beautiful, offers free shuttle service, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are abundant. The service is warm and attentive, especially our butlers Rou Rou, KK, and Shi Wu, who were incredibly caring and meticulous! Because of Lu Chun, I'll definitely visit Dali again in the future.

Had a pleasant stay here. We were greeted by our driver when we arrived at the high speed rail station. Conveniently located, the hotel premise was beautifully decorated with A LOT of succulents at their beautiful garden. They also have washing machines and dryer machines for guests to use. Guests also have access to the commercial gym attached to the hotel. We were treated like VIP guests the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, with welcome drinks and snacks. All staff were courteous, responsive and helped with all our queries. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We slept like babies on the comfortable king sized bed. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of options even for vegetarians like us. Highly recommended.

Our butler, Rou Rou, was truly a lifesaver! We had pre-booked airport pickup, and after landing, we met up seamlessly. The moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, Rou Rou immediately jogged out to help with our luggage, not letting us lift a finger the entire time. The service was incredibly thoughtful! Even more delightful, when we returned to our room in the evening, they had thoughtfully prepared warm milk for us. Drinking that comforting milk melted away all the day's fatigue. And the hotel garden is an absolute treasure—filled entirely with succulents! Every photo taken there looks stunning, it felt like living inside a picturesque painting! Next time I visit Dali, I'm definitely choosing Luchun Garden again, and I'll specifically request Rou Rou's service!

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, with lovely succulents, greenery, and flowers everywhere. We were on our honeymoon, and the staff even upgraded our room for free, which was a very nice touch with great decor. The breakfast was also really good. Next time, we'll bring our kids!
