You didn’t allocate sufficient time to get to the station and were unable to book a Didi ride. In such cases, you should have informed us in advance so we could have contacted a driver to help you, instead of calling us at the last minute. Unfortunately, we missed your call, which led to your dissatisfaction with our service. As for the routes around Cangshan and Erhai, our staff also spoke with you for at least 20 minutes.
