Exceptional service by 2 of gentlemen front desk staff who were helpful helping senior citizen carry the bags to the pick up point.

Very beautiful hotel right next to Er Hai lake. We booked the lake view rooms and watched the sunrise 🌄 from our bed. Both rooms and ground floor lounge are well decorated, modern, artistic, with local features. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They connected me before arrival and picked us up from the taxi drop-off location, which is just 1 min away from the hotel. Staff carried the luggage to the rooms on the third floor. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The hotel is very detail oriented. They provide a tote, umbrella and napkins for each room. shampoo and shower products are julique

The location is great if you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowd. It is just a street away from the lake. You get to see the morning sunrise. The wind is strong though. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They will help to pick up and send your luggages to the car park nearby as cars are not allowed to get in. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and clean.

Love the quietness and views at this scenic spot before the touristy S curve. Children love to head out in the morning to feed the water birds and take in to beautiful winter cool air. Staff are attentive and communicate via WeChat on our needs. There a popular Resturant behind the hotel run by an old couple offering good dishes and a chat. Very quaint and unpretentious neighbourhood with old charm as you see elderly gather for a chat and hangout.

Most of all, very kind staff, room is also nice and comfortable, and you can enjoy beautiful lake, too.

開始找海景酒店找了好久，最後看了很多點評選了這家。打車來到哇一聲，有被這個住宿驚艷到。大堂門口就是海景，出門不遠就可以租各種單車/4人電動車那種 服務：接待小姐姐很好幫我們接送行李到房間，微信小哥哥也很熱情回答我們問題。早餐的阿姨也很好人！ 衞生：我是對衞生蠻有要求，所有想着民宿還是擔心衞生會做不到品牌那種精緻。但來到後發現很乾凈！！雖然這個不是新的酒店，但能看出很多設施都有復新了或重新裝修過 環境：環境無敵一流！！我們自己是比較喜歡露台，今早看日出覺得真沒選錯 總體就是推薦！幸好沒挑海東的，哈哈哈這家已經小朋友也喜歡這家

都回來一個星期了才想起來點評哈哈。民宿位置特別好，去哪都很方便，離租自行車電頻車也不遠，離S灣也不遠，又避開了人多的地方，安靜，出門打車也方便。特別值得一提的是，老闆特別貼心，小朋友過生日，我們白天出去玩的時候，老闆就開始在幫忙佈置打氣球場景，下午回來已經佈置好了，拍照特別好看。木瓜酸辣魚最好吃😋

這家位於龍龕碼頭附近的民宿真正實現了“推窗見海”的浪漫！清晨在房間露台就能獨享絕美日出，私密又安靜。管家服務貼心周到，從入住前的行程確認到預約車接送，細節處處顯用心。房間設計簡約高級，180°落地窗將蒼山洱海盡收眼底。早餐豐富， 米線好吃。值得二刷！

家庭出遊，選的親子房，性價比很高，門口的風景堪稱一絕，最貼心我覺得還是民宿的服務，很到位，另外這家的餐食很乾凈，廚房也整潔，原計劃外出的吃飯都改為在民宿用餐，少油味道也不錯。

無可挑剔的客棧，到店較早剛好遇到在打掃房間，阿姨真的很細緻縫隙都在認真刷乾淨。店員很nice，因為車進不去所以他們會提前出來帶路，會提供很多有用的温馨提示。退房早來不及吃早餐的話，還會提供牛奶水果麪包給我們帶走。海景房可以直接在房間看日出，山景的住户也可以下樓看日出，就在海邊。樓下就是生態廊道。強推！（房間照片可以直接看店家在平台上傳的圖片，個人感覺99.9%還原）

周邊非常安靜，環境很舒服安逸，大廳裝修很棒，落地大窗户可以看到海邊，房間不是很大，在三樓住沒有電梯全當鍛鍊了，就是箱子不是很好拖。 服務很好，走的時候還送了伴手禮～ 不要去景點吃飯不好吃，但是酒店的餐廳飯菜很不錯，可以點菜，強推。

小哥哥真不錯還幫拿行李，小姐姐也很熱情。環境很好在屋裡就能直接看到外面海景，很愜意，體驗感不錯。小電驢也很方便沒幾分鐘就去了網紅S灣。其實酒店門口出去就很適和拍照。位置騎電驢去哪都很方便值得推薦

一開始怕踩雷，沒想到找到了寶藏旅店，作為北方人第一次來大理，對於洱海的執念很高，沐鏡客棧從預訂到入住就提前幫忙安排好，出行車隊也都幫忙聯絡，收費透明，服務人員非常到位，270°環海仲夏大床房，滿足我海西看日出，海東看日落的計劃。總之，非常開心。3月底這裏相比200-300塊的民宿，我認為還是非常值得的。而且套餐裏面的下午茶非常贊。這裏適合慢節奏的度假
