Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Elbbrücken

We love our stay there! Especially because the lady receptionist (the one with long hair) helped us to warm our food after we checked in late that night (had long drive from Netherlands). She even helped to wash the plastic box and put our food on proper plates, she even lent us fork and spoon! Thanks so much.. They have plenty of parking space and it's free. If you don't get the parking space in front of the hotel, they still have plenty at the back of the supermarket (reserved for Leonardo Hotel guests only). There is wide selection of breakfast. We stayed during Christmas so other than welcome drink, they also served us some pastries, chicken skewers and cookies (2 days in a row on 25-26Dec). We stayed at basic room but it's very spacious. Location is excellent, just 13minutes drive to city center.

Service is good.

The Leonardo Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, it's located directly on a busy street, and the street noise could be heard in the room, even at night.

Everyone was super nice and helpful, we were very flexible with the bus and train, the food was delicious, the rooms clean and the service good, a successful trip
