Hotel di Erhai Haixi Scenic Area, Dali

這次入住大喜，體驗簡直超乎想象！必須好好誇一誇。 先説服務，從前台辦理入住開始，工作人員就熱情又專業，耐心解答我各種問題，迅速安排好房間。在住店期間，不管是客房服務還是餐飲需求，響應都超級及時。有次我臨時需要額外的毛巾，剛打完電話沒幾分鐘就送到了，這效率太贊。而且工作人員總是面帶微笑，那種真誠的態度讓人心裏暖乎乎的，就像在家一樣自在。 酒店的下午茶也令人難忘。茶點的種類豐富多樣，精緻的小蛋糕，還有搭配恰到好處的果茶，每一口都能感受到老闆的用心。茶品香氣四溢，蛋糕甜而不膩。坐在優雅的環境裏，享受着這愜意的下午茶時光，簡直是一種極致的放鬆。 最後，退房時收到的伴手禮更是驚喜。一份手工包裝的當地普洱茶，不僅設計獨特，還帶有酒店的特色元素，讓人一下就記住了這次美好的住宿經歷。這個伴手禮就像是酒店服務的延續，在離開後依然能感受到酒店的用心和關懷。 總之，這次在 大喜的體驗太棒了，無論是服務、下午茶還是伴手禮，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦給大家，下次出行我肯定還會選擇這裏！

Amazing and super attentive host especially Jun Jun and another guy (we forgot his name). Breakfast was sent to room. Since there is no halal food, they replaced it with fruit and milk. The room view was picturesque. The rooftop view also super amazing. Location was great. Got washing machine and dryer which is very handy in winter. Plus it is snowy at Dali.

It's a very nice hotel, excellent service and clean. They free upgraded me to a sea view room as we were staying for 4 nightes. Because of this, we cancelled the last night hotel somewhere which is closer to the airport and so we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights end up. We much appreciated the services provided by小趙，小宇，小王 and 小李。 We wil definitely stay again if we come to Erhai again.l

Room were relatively big for two with a big window overseeing the lake. There were strands of hair in the bathroom and the sofa when we entered the room but overall, its clean. Unfortunately, we didn't get to have their welcome tea set as I think one of the staff who was working in the bar forgotten our orders though we were asked to placed our orders once we entered the room and we went down earlier just to make sure, we were there on time when the tea sets are served. We then told them about our orders again as we needed to show them where we were seated at, we waited approximately 40 minutes but nothing was served and we checked and she still needed 5 minutes but we had to rush out exploring as we reached a little later and the sun was setting already. So maybe next time! View was goooood!! Breakfast was good too, I personally enjoyed it! It can be a little confusing to find the hotel, so make sure to ask for directions before or upon arrival :)

The location is not the best but it has no problem calling a ride. Its near the 龙龛码头and 洱海 but you have to rely on DiDi to go anyway. The breakfast is ok but may be not suited to our taste. It also does not provide coffee or tea in the morning. There is coffee machine there but not operating. The room I stayed at have problem watching programme although have feedback but not solved. All in all, it's a comfortable stay.

Recommend for those who want to stay outside from the town and enjoy the quite moment. Host is very kind and helpful, they did give us the small gift while we check out too. Overall is good and worth the stay.

We absolutely love the family room and the location was just next to Erhai. We walked out to the pavement and there is a bicycle rental just next door. We face the sunrise every morning and is a joy to wake up to every morning. Head to the roof top for a view of 苍山. The room is big and spacious, beautifully furnished with the best amenities. We had an issue on our first night which was promptly resolved by the staff. The daily breakfast was delicious with some variety. Perhaps more menu rotations and lunch service can be considered. It is a quiet space and I will recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, beautiful space for couples or families just next to Erhai.

The service is incredibly good, totally beyond expectations. The food is home made and tastes so good. The best hotel on the west side of erhai! Staff is super friendly.

My goal was to wake up every day and open my window and step outside and enjoy the view. I think I accomplished this staying here. Area : It’s located in a village near the city center 20 minutes and about the same to the ancient town. It’s per dominantly a Muslim town , so you will find lots of BBQ and Halal eats. Also shops for simple basics are available. The town comes alive after 5:00 pm. Food : You can order Weimai like McDonald’s and KFC for example, nothing western around. We got breakfast daily, as you can see it’s a set menu. But we enjoyed it , the options were plenty. Also, every afternoon they brought an afternoon snack , super nice and a great touch. Room / Hygiene: The room we picked had the balcony, it was spacious the bed was comfortable. The stand alone bath was clean, and the bathrooms as well. Toiletries and slippers provided. The hotel can use some changing or cleaning of rugs and dust a bit on the corners. Over all it was good. Transport : You need to get a taxi to go places , or take the bus. Not sure if it’s because it’s summer but getting a taxi was not very pleasant. I took the bus #2 in front of the village to go to the mall. Easy 2 RMB you can use your apple map. Customer Service : The customer service was nice , the ladies were helpful in finding a place for COVID test. Our last day they arranged a driver , it was hard to get transportation. Over all , it was a nice stay I only picked this hotel due to the view. If you want more action stay near the ancient town.

在大理洱海畔，我住進了一幅流動的水墨畫 推開酒店玻璃門的瞬間，洱海的風裹挾着濕潤的水汽撲面而來。這是一座棲居在海邊的一棟白色建築的單體酒店，外觀造型很舒展，她悄悄的將整個湖面的天光雲影讓渡給每位駐足者。自己猶如一個小公主，讓你想要張開懷抱去攬入懷中。晨霧未散時遠眺，黛青色的蒼山輪廓在薄紗後若隱若現，讓人恍然悟得”風花雪月”的真諦。 設計師顯然深諳東方留白之道，大堂僅以整面落地窗為框，框住四季變幻的洱海長卷。白色和藏青色為主調的空間裏，粗糲的劍川石與温潤的楸木傢俱形成奇妙對話，懸垂的風鈴在穿堂風中輕搖，將大理的日光篩成流動的金箔。 入夜後，頂樓露台的微風佛麪與洱海連成幽藍祕境，手裡的雕梅酒泛着琥珀光，讓人分不清杯中搖曳的是星光還是漁火。 離店那日晨曦初露，發現前夜隨手擱在露台的筆記本內頁微微返潮，竟暈染出洱海特有的靛藍水痕。這座酒店終究是懂大理的——它不企圖征服自然，而是讓自己成為風景的註腳，在時光流轉中與山水達成某種温柔的共生。
