我常年在外旅行，住過形形色色的酒店，可當我踏入那佳這家酒店時，還是被它狠狠拿捏住了！毫不誇張地説，這是一家從各方面都能滿足旅行者需求的寶藏酒店。 🌳 踏入酒店的那一刻，我就被這裏的環境深深吸引。整個空間佈局巧妙，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，每一處細節都透露着用心。 💁♀️前台的工作人員熱情又周到，辦理入住的過程高效又貼心，還會細心地為我介紹周邊好玩的地方和美食推薦。大堂裏隨時供應的茶水，讓人在奔波的旅途中感受到家一般的温暖。 🛏客房的表現更是讓我驚艷，房間打掃得及時又乾淨，每一處角落都一塵不染。床鋪柔軟舒適，設施一應俱全，我在這兒美美睡了好幾個好覺。要是遇到任何問題，工作人員都會第一時間出現，全力解決，真的太讓人安心了。 這家酒店真的是旅行中的絕佳選擇，完美融合了便利、舒適與貼心服務。如果你也打算來大理旅行，答應我，一定不要錯過它

房間使用智能馬桶，體驗極佳，令人滿意。服務態度周到細緻，為顧客提供了優質的服務。房間內整潔乾淨，佈局合理，空間寬敞。淋浴設施設計人性化，使用舒適，功效顯著。衞生間的乾濕分離設計巧妙，避免了水漬的擴散。馬桶以及淋浴等設施在性能與細節上都非常出色。綜合而言，這個住宿體驗相當出色，給予高度評價。整個房間不僅面積寬敞，更是注重用户體驗和品質生活，整體環境給人一種舒適的感受。下次來大理住還去你家住。

酒店在洱河邊上大關邑農貿市場旁的小巷子裏，慢慢步行到興盛大橋衹要十幾分鐘左右。攜老年人出行，有電梯很方便。預訂時需要無煙味且安靜的房間，需要幫忙拿行李，都提前電話我確認並幫忙安排好。房間設施很新，自動馬桶與戴森吹風很好用，浴巾毛巾等用品都有消毒塑封。消毒水的味道有一米米重，不過店家都有提前幫忙開窗通風。忘記拍房間的照片，就用美麗的大理和洱海代替了。 服務：前台的姑娘小夥都很棒，服務熱情。我不小心弄掉東西，一位正在吃飯的客房小姐姐馬上放下正在吃的午飯跑來幫我找東西，很感謝她！（忘記看工牌了，是可能聽力有點點弱的那位）

衞生乾淨，服務態度好！恆温水龍頭！熱水即開即用！水很大！交通方便，有智能小度！還可以免費停車！還配置小冰箱非常方便，離州醫院近，樓下有很多小吃！選擇續住！非常推薦！下次會再次入住！

We love the hotel. Room was big, very clean. Facilities were new. Breakfast was nice. It was worth the money. The hotel had self serviced washing machine and dryer for free. When we had a long trip, these facilities made us feel like at home. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful. We love the hotel. Definitely we will book the same hotel if we visit Dali again.

酒店工作人員服務很好，到了之後會有茶水，還有酸奶!還會遞消毒毛巾擦手，會挨個房間送銀耳湯，會幫忙拿行李。房間全屋智能，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶，房間衞生很乾凈，自助早餐挺不錯。離大理站近，去雞足山很方便。那佳酒店工作人員的服務在大理下關應該排第一名了，必須支持⬆️如實評價，有什麼不滿意的還請接下來入住的客人諒解呢。

It's a very nice hotel, excellent service and clean. They free upgraded me to a sea view room as we were staying for 4 nightes. Because of this, we cancelled the last night hotel somewhere which is closer to the airport and so we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights end up. We much appreciated the services provided by小趙，小宇，小王 and 小李。 We wil definitely stay again if we come to Erhai again.l

作為民宿在服務和硬件方面還是不錯的，整體風格比較有設計感，房間內部有智能家居，孩子跟小度小度互動可以打發時間。位置比較安靜，床品硬度合適，晚上睡覺踏實。前台服務熱情，我是母乳媽媽需要冰箱，小姐姐幫忙用民宿冰箱解決問題。美中不足是熱水忽冷忽熱，孩子洗澡成問題。

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.
