既然沒有給出好評，還是需要解釋幾句理由：
1、深夜到達，接近“酒店”時接到老闆電話，告知他人不在本地，且預訂的房間因某種原因不能入住，可以換成另外一棟樓的其他房間。因此可以得出兩個結論：第一、我預訂的並非是酒店，而是民宿，此為攜程的問題（不是説民宿不好，民宿就應該放進民宿頻道，不應該放到酒店版塊給用户選擇帶來錯誤訊息；第二、此時不管我選擇離開，還是接受老闆的提議換房間，老闆都已經違背約定———提供客人事先預訂的房間，給客人合理的服務。此為該“酒店”的問題；
2、太晚、太冷、太偏僻。接受老闆提議，進入某套別墅的房間後，因為第二天早班機，打算迅速洗澡睡覺。打開洗手間台盆水龍頭，黑水流了五六分鐘後終於清澈，但沒有熱水。浴缸也是同樣的情況。微信問老闆，老闆回覆多放一會。又放了二十分鐘，無解，還是冷水。幸好旁邊有個淋浴頭是獨立熱水器，解決了洗澡問題（第二天早上用淋浴頭洗臉，淋了一身）；
作為客人，購買了住宿服務，能住上自己選擇的房間，用上熱水，應該不算過分。
以上是“服務”和“設施”兩項給了2分的原因。
PS.事後攜程補償了160元。

特色項目:我們到達是晚上十一點，晚安甜點已經沒有了，作為晚安甜點是飯後提供不是睡前提供這點和名字差得有點遠。
早餐:早餐選擇是沒有的，因為酒店房間本來不多，所以提供自助餐基本就是套餐，可選擇的餐食很少。
衞生:可能是陰雨天問題，房間很陰暗，偶爾廁所還是渠道有迴流，房間有股味道。床鋪看不出問題，但沙發污跡很明顯。
環境:酒店提供的房間圖片和實景相差還是比較遠的。主要是光線問題，內裝飾比圖片多很多，在很奇怪的地方掛上畫和裝飾，顯得房間更那個了（暗）
設施:因為陰雨天，所以特意改住的酒店，但酒店沒有洗衣服烘乾功能，這就挺…
在本次旅行中算是性價比最不高的一家。
建築風格:確實挺特別的，可下雨天你也看不到多少。特意備註安靜點的房間，可房間門口是對着電梯門的，人來人往坐電梯的聲音直接傳入房間，清晰到不行。一出房門看到的是電梯口和看不到任何景色的玻璃封頂。
評分我想打挺高的了。請勿回訪。

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.
Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.
The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.
Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.
Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.

酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。
附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。
总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

PPengguna TetamuHad an amazing stay. Great service - after check in staff will recognize you from then. Wasn’t a typical five star hotel, it feels much more like home, offering a unique, cozy atmosphere.
The hotel itself has a lovely local style and is incredibly peaceful. It’s located a bit deeper into the old town, so you’ll need to walk a few steps to get there, but they’ll gladly come out to assist you.
(VIVIAN was exceptionally nice and introduced me to some great local eateries and places to visit. She was always ready to accommodate my needs in the best way possible)

JJamieOur experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel.
The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude.
The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance.
The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not.
Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression.
Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality.
Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was super friendly. We have 2 large luggages and he was willing to carry both on the way walking to the hotel. The room is very clean and has a minimal design. Super chill. The view is perfect, we could clearly see the mountains and ancient buildings. At night, the place is very quiet even though there is a market outside, super nice place. I really love this hotel and would love to come back

💁♀服務：從預訂開始，老闆就十分熱情，耐心解答我各種問題。入住時還貼心地準備了當地的特色小吃和詳細的遊玩攻略，讓我對接下來的行程充滿期待。在住的過程中，工作人員總是隨叫隨到，有求必應，感覺就像在家一樣自在。離開時，還幫忙聯繫車輛，這份用心和細緻真的太讓人感動。
🛏設施：房間裏的設施一應俱全，而且品質都很高。床又軟又舒適，床上用品乾淨整潔，睡起來特別安心。衞生間的衞浴設施出水流暢，水温穩定，還有各種高品質的洗漱用品。房間裏配備了智能設備，使用起來非常方便。公共區域還有免費書房，小朋友可以看漫畫，還有小貓咪等，就算不出門也能玩得很開心。
🧹衞生：衞生方面更是無可挑剔。房間打掃得一塵不染，每一個角落都乾淨整潔。床單被罩沒有任何污漬和異味，衞生間也沒有水漬和毛髮。公共區域同樣保持得非常好，垃圾桶清理及時，讓人看着就舒心。能感受到民宿在衞生管理上真的下了很大功夫。
這次在民宿的體驗堪稱完美，已經迫不及待想推薦給身邊的朋友了，以後有機會還會再來！

PPengguna TetamuWonderful experience stay at this quiet place. They provide free pick up from train station for 2 nights consecutive stay.
Very warm hospitality and friendly host. The host share with us Dali attractions route during our arrival. The place is near to the old town, five mins walking distance. There is steep slope when you walk back to the place.
The room is clean and tidy with smart home facility. There are mineral water provided in the room, mini bar in the room also had the mineral water and cold drinks.
There are delicious afternoon tea, flower biscuit, night dessert and rice noodles for breakfast. Forgot to take picture of breakfast. The tea and coffee are really good.

Ddeci16I cannot recommend Sunyata Homestay in Dali enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience of genuine warmth and care. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a serene escape after long days of exploring. The afternoon tea and breakfast they served were nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve stayed in multiple 4-5 star hotels across China over the past month, but the gourmet food here easily surpassed them all. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared, leaving me in awe of the flavors and quality.
The location of Sunyata Homestay is also perfect. It’s just far enough from the bustling crowds to remain peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to Dali Ancient City that it’s only a few steps away from great eateries and the heart of the ancient town. The balance is ideal for anyone seeking convenience without sacrificing tranquility.
A special shout-out to the young lady working in the coffee shop up front—her coffee is unparalleled! My husband, who is a daily coffee drinker and rarely impressed, couldn’t stop raving about her brews. It was, hands down, the best coffee we had during our travels.
The staff here deserve every bit of praise. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. However, what truly sets Sunyata apart is the incredible owner. My father had a bad accident in Dali on a rainy day, and I can honestly say I don’t know what I would have done without his support. Despite my limited Mandarin, he spent an entire day accompanying me to the hospital, ensuring we were well cared for and understood. The next day, he went out of his way to pick up the CT scans for us. His kindness and compassion left me speechless.
The owner’s dedication to his guests is reflected in his amazing team, all of whom go above and beyond. Without his help, I would have had to cut my trip to China short. Instead, he turned a difficult situation into one where we felt supported and cared for like family.
Sunyata Homestay is truly one of a kind, and I will forever be grateful for their hospitality. This is not just a place to stay; it’s a haven of comfort, care, and culinary delights. Thank you, Sunyata, for everything!

TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning.
Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan.
There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out.
Location:
It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation.
We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view.
Touring around Dali
If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city.
You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.
