I had quite a few questions during check-in, and the staff member was incredibly patient the entire time, meticulously answering all my queries with such a gentle and thoughtful demeanor. After checking out, I realized I had left my power bank in the room. I quickly contacted the hotel, and the front desk was so helpful; they proactively went into the room to look for it. Once found, they patiently assisted me with all the mailing arrangements, following up closely throughout the whole process. Their efficiency was truly impressive.

I spent the whole night looking for them, only to find out someone else had put their clothes in our machine. When I asked for help, the staff just kept passing the buck. I've stayed at so many hotels, cheap and expensive, but I've never encountered anything like this.
