big room, so convenient if going for train, it would be a good choice for business trip.

I stayed here for one night for a brief business trip to Cardiff. Its location is amazing right next to the main train station.  this made it very very convenient to travel in from London and check in within minutes. The room was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great. The breakfast was also quite impressive considering the hotel isn’t very expensive.

It was ok , location is perfect but Heating system was not that much good

location is just nearby cental train station. It is really convenient for visitors to stay. The room is really clean and staffs are fantastic helpful

Clayton was okay as far as hotels go, it was nice having a view of Cardiff from a top floor, staff were friendly too. The Gym was tiny for the size of the hotel, the bedroom was a standard double room, the reviews said that the Clayton had been newly refurbished, but felt that the room was dated. Due to windows not being able to be open due to H&S, there was no fresh air, just air con. The room was mostly clean, few stains on the carpet, and floor felt dusty. The hotel location was great, near the train station and in town, but for the cost, I was expecting something much better, as the night before we had a much cheaper hotel, and rooms came with kitchens, and were very modern - wish I had stayed at that one for the extra few nights.

Very happy with the stay. Didn’t really speak to many staff as check in and out is automated and didn’t stay for breakfast. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable

It was a great stay, very close to the Central Station and quite an easy walk to all Shopping malls centers around. Breakfast is ok although it could’ve been better if at least they change alternately the menu each day, nevertheless it was fine. The staff are nice and well accommodating.

Ice maker is ready on each floor. It’s come with water also. NO Fridge is a bit disappointed. Stay 5 days 4 Nights… not suggest staying in the summertime; you must request Fan. AirCon is only available at 10:00 p.m. If you complain, that no doubt that the response is more rapid than expected. But the problem remains the same. A fan may probably be available for you. No late check …my first time to request to pay for a late check such as 12:00. (Due to my train is at 14:00) All staffs are polite when approached and in a helpful attitude…BUT as I said. Everything remains unchanged. Good luck all
