The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at midnight so he offer us to check in before then we just need to go directly to the room. Room is huge, unbelivable with this price. The location is also good, near railway station and have a night market next to it, very cheap and delicious 酒店老板非常友好和乐于助人。我们半夜到达，所以他建议我们提前入住，然后我们直接去房间就行了。房间很大，这个价格真是难以置信。位置也很好，靠近火车站，旁边有一个夜市，非常便宜，而且很美味。

Courteous & polite receptionist. Can use English for communication since my Chinese isn’t good . This one of my advantages. Easy to look for foods, subtrain station just v near , easy to get to the airport which only ¥4.00 per person .. than taking taxi may cost¥100.00 . If I ever come to Dalian again I would choose to stay here again.. with  washing machine   & liquid provided  provided upon request .lastly I would say “ a v comfortable stay”

The room was big and spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful eventhough we did not speak Chinese.

NO. 8 Qing Ni Apartments is a great option if you are looking for a mid-level (2 or 3 star) apartment style room that can sleep 3+ people. Our room had 2 comfortable large beds (queen size), washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. The location is great as everything you need is in walking distance including the shopping, restaurants, train and subway. Management was very friendly and attentive to our requests.

For the price, definitely an excellent stay. Excellent location with a friendly manager. Other than the facts that the living room ceiling (only living room) is slightly low and one of the bedrooms is slightly small, every thing is good and in place

The place was in a convenient location,close to the subway and various food shops. It was clean although the room smelled of smoke when we arrived. However it was a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

広くて清潔でロケーションが良いのに比較的安いので次回も利用したいと思います。26階でチェックインしたあと部屋に行きます。お湯の量に限りがあるので気をつけないといけません。ぬるくなってきたら早めに切り上げないと水になってしまいます。

Апартаменты очень удобно расположены, много автобусных остановок, рядом станция метро, Далянь маркет. Железнодорожный вокзал в пешей доступности. Вход через другой отель, рецепшен на 26 этаже. Номер очень просторный, полотенца меняли каждый день. Каждый день выдавали воду и тапочки. Мы остались очень довольны своим пребыванием.

우호광장과 가까운 위치입니다. 기차역까지 도보 가능, 근처 백년청 파빌리온 갤러리아 등등의 쇼핑몰부터 바로 옆에 작지만 야시장 골목까지 완벽합니다. 칭니8호 건물 오른쪽 호텔 입구로 들어가서 우측 엘리베이터를 타면 26층 인셉션까지 갈 수 있습니다. 처음에 편의점있는 입구로 들어갔는데 엘리베이터가 저층까지라 당황했어요. 1층에 로숀편의점, 일식 밥집, KFC도 있어요. 숙소는 크고 깔끔했어요. 캡슐형 세제 들고가서 세탁도 하고 수세미와 주방세제(덜어서) 가지고 갔는데 텀블러 세척할 때 편했습니다. 주방세제, 세탁세제는 가지고 가세요^^ 아이둘 저까지 셋이 썼는데 방이 너무 쾌적했습니다. 단점은 제가 배정 받은방 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되고ㅡㅜ 타올이 낡아 헤진부분들이 있었어요. 그런데 타올에서 냄새하나 안나고 너무 깨끗하고 좋아서 괜찮았습니다. 또 대련가면 저는 숙소 여기 찜입니다 👍

일단 중산광장 근처에 있어서 위치 굿입니다. 25층에 있는 마사지도 걍 엘베 타고 갈 수 있어서 댕굿!! 샤워기 필터 가져갔는데 하나도 안더러워지네요?? 진짜 이 가격에 실화인지… 가성비 면에서 굿입니다!!

진짜 이 가격에 이 방은 미쳤어여 대련 자주가는데 여긴 진짜 위치가 최상... 웬만한 곳은 다 걸어서 가능하고 좋습니다 첨에 냄새가 살짝 흠..? 했지만 룸 스프레이를 들고 가서 들어가자마자 거의 들이붓고 나갔다 오니 그 뒤로는 냄새는 딱히 신경 쓰지 이 않았어요 굿굿굿
