Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few things made it not a 5 star. The breakfast was just average - cold toast and hash browns - felt rushed to eat. Housekeeping took away 1 robe and never replaced it. Few other slight issues with room service. Never received turndown 2nd night after retuning to room at 7:50 pm. Had to then ask for ice. Bathroom sink area is very tight and rugs keep “catching” on the door. Highlights were Mary at concierge desk, Jonathan the driver, and the “hotel” cat.

Estaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

Lokasi dan kebersihan sangat bagus! Saya agak kecewa dengan penginapan saya di Warwick. Untuk memulakan valet adalah mimpi ngeri apabila hotel sibuk. Tidak banyak pilihan tempat letak kereta jadi kami terpaksa menggunakan perkhidmatan ini. Pada lewat malam, anda perlu meletakkan kenderaan anda sendiri dan menurunkan kunci dengan meja penyambut tetamu. Namun anda masih dikenakan bayaran untuk valet. Tidak begitu ramai kakitangan untuk membantu dengan bagasi. Meja penyambut tetamu kurang bersedia untuk membantu. Saya faham mereka mungkin kekurangan kakitangan dan bekerja berlebihan tetapi ia juga menunjukkan. The room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable and great pillows. Those who served the room (mine was 230) were dutiful and completed cleaning in a timely fashion. Ms. Sabo, our general manager for this event went far above our expectations, We utilize hotel managers across the country for our Conventions and hers was superior. Please express to her how satisfied we were and confident that under her guidance and professionalism we would meet our contractual needs. She is amazing!!

Stayed here for a couple nights recently. The room was large and clean. The shower worked fine. The refrigerator was huge and there were plenty of dishes to use hiding in the dishwasher. I must agree with another reviewer that the breakfast was not great; it was average. Our only complaint is that it is a noisy hotel. That is to be expected near a hospital, but there was a great many additional noises besides the ambulances and it was these that woke us up or kept us up at night. The windows and door seemed to channel sound into the room. The staff was extremely helpful. The dude at the front desk last Saturday was extremely helpful and welcoming.
