I lost my jewelry during my stay and I doubted it was the housekeeping lady who took it because there was no other way I could lost it. My jewelry bag was still there but the jewelry inside was gone. Conversation with the hotel receptionist and housekeeping office manager was exhausting. They didn’t help with anything and they didn’t seem to care about their customers’ property safety. Also, the housekeeping manager’s attitude was really bad. It was disappointing that this hotel cannot guarantee their customers’ property safety during their stay. I finally report to the police. That’s the only thing I can do.

I very much appreciate the courtesy received from Mr.Ricardo, a very kind waiter who works at the hotel: actually I had forgotten in Italy my adaptor to charge phone and He very kindly gifted me his own adaptor!! A very kind gesture! So much appreciated!

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The view, free parking on site, staff highly friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

Hotel needs remodeling

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！大玻璃落地窗，景觀不錯，房間的樓層也高，如果説缺點，那就是稍微有點不隔音！可能是因為玻璃幕牆的原因吧！

Good place, but needs some work. The views from your room can significantly vary depending on the room, and that needs to be made clear prior to booking, so that we can decide if we want to upgrade or not. Hotel room needs some repairs.

The hotel and room were great. The room was well maintained and clean. The friday afternoon traffic was pretty heavy, but that was expected. Friedly staff and a great cozy little bar. The top golf simulator was a plus as well. Will definitely stay again if im in the area.

Well, it was pretty disappointing. There wasn't hot water in the morning. The doors don't seal, so we could hear every word from every person who walked through the halls. There was a group of very loud and intoxicated adults who were running, screaming and laughing for over an hour in the hallways and it woke my kids and they were not able to go back to sleep for hours. A wall under the desk fell down and almost smashed my foot. There were no electrical plugs by the beds. Overall, the worst Hilton property I have ever been to. We will not be back.

When we checked into our room, it had barbells, free weights, a stationary bike and half of the floor was dedicated to exercise. It was absolutely not what we had reserved. As a Hilton Honors member, I thought we would be treated better than that. The manager said they had no other rooms for us. We checked out and went to a different hotel!
