A very beautiful hotel with cleanliness, hotel manager Rami Al Shadideh is a distinguished person who has developed the hotel clearly in recent years and i advise all customers to visit this hotel Rami al shadideh Renovated the 7th Floor, which is the most renovated hotel floor in Syria with the latest technology and with amazing color consistency

The Dama Rose Hotel is located along the main Barada River just outside the Old City Gates of Damascus. It has a really nice outdoor Swimming Pool with an attached restaurant that happens to serve one of the best Fish & Chips in all of Syria! Chef Ahmed has been serving both this restaurant and the hotels Room Service for well over twenty year’s. He still prepares each dish as per his specialty with: great elegance; flair and most flavorsome taste! The service at this restaurant is very professional and very fast with both Nabil and Ghayth working there for many, many years. Finally, the prices are very reasonable. This was only my first visit this season to the Dama Rose, but I know it will not be my last of this season. So, if you yearn to enjoy a very relaxing day in the sun and to enjoy a great lunch you must try the Dama Rose Swimming Pool and try their amazing restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Trust me!

فندق جميل جداً و تفاجئت بوجود غرف جديدة و نظيفة بهذه الشكل و أقمت في الفندق لفترة تتجاوز ال10 ليالي و لم أواجه أي مشكلة و بالعكس نشأت علاقة جيدة مع موظفين الفندق و قامو بإخباري عن مدير الفندق رامي الشدايدة الذي قام بتجديد غرف الفندق و توجه لتجديد المطاعم و البارات و التي تعتبر ممتازة بالمقارنة مع باقي الفنادق المجاورة مما قدم قيمة مضافة لمدينة دمشق

Hotel de 5***** que a pesar de que ha tenido mejores tiempos con seguridad, ahora mismo sigue siendo una opción muy interesante en la actual Damasco. Con docenas de personas trabajando, todas muy dispuestas a ayudar y a atender a los clientes. La recepción es amplia y no suele haber colas ni problemas para que te atiendan. El bar del Lobby tiene lo esencial y, como todo el país, es bastante barato. El Lobby tiene aires de exclusividad que desgraciadamente es algo extraño en la Siria de 2023. Las habitaciones son amplias, discretamente bien equipadas, buena calidad de cama pero pésimamente aisladas del ruido exterior (que no suele ser alto afortunadamente), necesita un doble acristalamiento como corresponde a un cinco estrellas. La ducha es correcta pero antigua, como es la TV y los muebles en general del hotel. Tiene un pequeño pero interesante corredor comercial en la planta baja y sótanos del hotel. Sobre aparcamiento no podría opinar, aunque siempre estaban casi lleno los aledaños del edificio. El desayuno es damasiado parco para ser un cinco estrellas necesita mucha más variedad (y algo más de calidad), lo mejor es el servicio del personal del desayuno, atentos a cualquier petición.

الفندق بكل خدماته جيد جدا. الا شغلة واحده وهي المسبح. فقد يوجد فيه نظاما مجحفا للسائحين وكانما نعيش في فرنسا ولسنا في بلد عربي. لديه طفلة عمر 12 سنة وهي محجبة وقد ارتدت ملابس سباحة لكن محتشمة وضمن الملابس المخصصة للسباحة. ولكن مع الاسف منعوها من السباحة بحجة ان قوانين المسبح هي فقط للذين يرتدون (بكيني حصرا) لكن سؤالي ماذنب الاطفال الذين المكلفين بارتداء الحجاب الشرعي ويريدون ان يلعبون في مسبح الاطفال لماذا هذا الحقد لماذا هاي القوانين للفنادق المجحفة بحق السائحين. من وضع هذه القوانيين للفنادق ارجو من الذين لديهم قرار ان يهتموا لهذا التعليق. شكرا.
