Ulasan Golden Tulip Dammam Corniche Hotel

Unbelievably no hot water running in the month of December and the hotel staff named Zahra said no refunds, no manager available and it's not their problem. Unapologetic and unconcerned. Worst hotel you will ever see. The number for manager was out of service.

The environment is quite good, and the room is super spacious. There are malls and restaurants nearby, and transportation is pretty convenient. It's also close to the seaside. Overall, it's not bad, and I would choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Nice hotel and have good parking. The staff are kind and try to help as much as they can.

Room was more than sufficient for the stay. Breakfast was rather poor, plastic cups for drinks and cardboard cups are not very appealing at breakfast table.

My transit hotel before leaving KSA after fews weeks in Jubail. 35-45 min to airport. Nearby Dammam corniche. Lots of restaurant nearby can be reach by walking distance. Wish to stay more days here.

I forgot my one piece dress at the hotel but they didn’t confirm back to me whether found or not yet?

Had issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was very dirty. The front desk staff, including the owner, were rude and unhelpful when I complained. The reception was excellent, both for young men and women, and the staff were good. However, the hotel rooms are worn and need updating in terms of furnishings and furniture. They also lack some services such as hot water, an iron, or even some bathroom amenities, which you have to request and receive when you speak to room service. 🌹

The hotel has nothing to recommend except the big room. They charge a cleaning fee for extended stay. This is the first time I have heard of this in all my years of business travel. The breakfast is monotonous.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Manwan. You can see the sea and pet cats. You just need to pay attention to the route and find the overpass. The infrastructure is not as developed as in China, so it is a problem to cross the street to the other side. There are restaurants and local small supermarkets around the hotel. The room is very clean. I was lucky to get a free upgrade.
