hotel staff are nice and helpful. We accidentally left a bag of groceries at the department store, and we only found out after three days. Hotel staff helped us to call all the places we went and eventually we got our groceries bag. Really appreciate their help so much

The room was a tiny bit small for three people but the location is prime. Just opposite of canal city and 10 mins walk to the Nakasu street!

As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all. Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.) Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to "defrost" and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

My husband and I enjoyed our final stay at this hotel to wrap up our Kyushu long vacation. The front desk staff ** gave me a bad impression of this trip. We were the only couples at the check in counter during that time (around 12:30pm). She saw us but keep working on the computer. We just waited until she completed her work. After a while, she said "check in time at 3pm", I was well noted about this hotel policy but I just want to store our luggage so we can go out. She asked for our passport, inputted some data into the computer and she returned the passport to us without saying a single word. After a while, she headed up and showed her annoyed face and said again "check in at 3pm" then she point to the storage room on the left . Her attitude was the worst I have ever seen across Japan. This was a really great hotel but I would suggest the hotel group should well-train their staff with a more professional manner. She was working at the front desk which meant she was representing the hotel to give the first impression to the traveler. SHE DID A BAD JOB.

Good location and nice public bath! However, the bed is not that comfy and the curtain couldn't block the light at all. Wake me up every morning at 6-7am.. And the services from reception is below average. Not helpful yet very limited in English speaking

Rooms are very small but with good amenities such as microwave, washing machines, coffee table and chair, etc. mattress and pillows are good. Location is very convenient. Service is very limited, they don’t even provide extra bottles of water. Would book again if I’m travelling solo but probably won’t stay for more than 2 nights if travelling as couple.

Small hotel and rooms are small too. But very convenient. Subway station in front of hotel, walkable to Hakata station and Canal City ver close by. Stayed 3 nights. A good variety of food for breakfast but would be nice to have something different as it’s the same every day. The public bath was nice. Also not too big. Ladies I room was a bit crowded at night time. Overall a clean and new hotel and good price.

Stayed here again when I am back, just perfect. Good location and spacious rooms. Good staff too.

Location wise is near to the Kushida Shrine Station. Walkable to a few famous tourist spots. There is a few cafe nearby too. Didn’t enjoy much service for the hotel staff. Hot bath available in the hotel. Overall everything is above average.

The hotel is pretty new and clean. The location is excellent as it is right next to the subway station and the convenience store is also nearby. For shopping, the canal city hakata is about 5 minutes away and there are some shopping streets nearby too
