住了十個晚上,位置離展會展館比較近,交通確實不太方便,打車也打不到,可以讓酒店叫車,提前説好價格。 酒店早餐比較不錯。 離店的時候有點小插曲,也被攜程迅速解決沒有誤機

When I stayed there I was met with an air of negligence which made me very nervous. I felt really uncomfortable especially when my instinct made me check the emergency exits etc. they were blocked!! The stairs were filled with mattresses making it almost impossible to get past. Not only were they an obstruction, they were combustible, adding to the risk to life. I was booked in for several nights but checked out early out of nothing more than pure fear. Breakfast was terrible and the toaster was broken. If you want to stay here, check out your emergency exits and don’t trust the hotel management if you value your life.

I Abdul Samad Shaikh. resident of India booked an hotel in dammam through Agoda online on 26th of September 2022 with booking ID NO 781964833 and reference ID 2867255590, the hotel was named as SWISS INTERNATIONAL AL HAMRA HOTEL DAMMAM Saudi arabia in dammam situated at king khalid street madinath Al umal Saudi Arabia 31431. Agoda showed me on his site this hotel is 4 star property with review of 7.4, which i thought is quite good enough for a business delegate like me to stay, when i reached hotel in the evening around 6:30 pm the Magrib prayer was going on so there was no one at the counter to attend me, so i waited for 5-10 minutes on the counter then the receptionist came and attended me and he asked me to pay the amount for 3 night and 4 days 672 Saudi riyal there was no bell boy to drop my luggage till my room no 129, so i managed on my own and brought the luggage to my room after a tired full journey I tried to take a shower when i opened th tap waited for 15 minutes for hot water but there was no hot water in the tap then I called to housekeeping but nobody responded I tried 5 to 10 times but nobody responded then I called to reception and i asked them about the housekeeping number is not working nobody is responding then they asked me what i want, I informed them that i required hot water for bath but there was no hot water in the bathroom, then they said that we are trying to fix it the boiler is not working i said okay fine may be tomorrow morning I'll get it in the morning, on 27th when again i checked the tap there was no hot water then i called again the housekeeping in the morning but the same thing happened nobody was responding on that line then I called again to reception and raised a complain for hot water they replied me that the temperature outside is hot so I don't think so you require the boiler, i replied who gave you the tag of 4 star property this is the basic necessities and how could you say me that I don't require that, they replied me there is no benefit of talking about the rating if you have a problem than you can raise your complain to Agoda because you didn't make a direct reservation to us, if you have made booking direct with us we would have refund the amount as inconvenience cause. I said okay fine thank you, then i raised a complain on Agoda customer support chat, that I came here for my business purpose trip due to incooperative inappropriate misguided from Agoda I couldn't take a bath and not attend my meeting so because of Agoda I couldn't reach my meetings which led to a complete loss to my reputation and money and time then I asked Agoda try to solve this problem or else shift me to another property, Agoda replied me that we had raise your concern to the property and once we get a reply from property we will let you know, then they reply after 4 hrs that we have talk to our supplier and he has email to property to refund amount for rest of your stay you will be getting charged on

A wonderful place to stay amongst the many choices in Dammam. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly (not always a given in KSA, where tourism is new and often hotel staff are unfamiliar with foreign tourists) and the room was outstanding. We weren't expecting an equipped kitchen and a sofa! Wifi was excellent, and both the pool and sauna were wonderful. The stand-out feature for us was the breakfast, which surpassed all expectations - and is one of the reasons we would certainly return to this hotel on our next visit to Dammam.

The services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from different countries. The environment is friendly and warm and the treatment as a guest or as an individual is adorable indeed. Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me.

The hotel located considerably in good location. Small lobby provided with seating area. Spacious room provided with king size bed, sitting area and work desk. The bed found to be not comfortable as well as pillows. Hotel is provided with so called restaurant located on top level. From the restaurant opens view to the city. The selection of the food not great, but everyone can find something to eat. The service at restaurant found to be below the expectations. The food noticed to be leftover reheated from the previous day, the vegetables looked like it was cut the day before the serving.
