Facilities: The hotel entrance is grand, and there's a lobby boy to help with luggage. The public areas have two swimming pools: an irregularly shaped children's pool and a 25-meter, 1.2-meter-deep outdoor rectangular pool, which is open until 7 PM. Foreign guests are advised to wear tops for men and dress modestly for women to respect local customs. Restaurant: The hotel's breakfast restaurant also offers dinner, which is good value for money, and the food is delicious. Location: The hotel is about 1 km from the airport, a 20-minute walk. If you have luggage, the road isn't very smooth, so taking a car is recommended. To Redang Island: It's suitable as a transit point for Redang Island. A taxi from here to TTI Jetty isn't expensive, the journey is smooth, and you'll arrive on time. It feels like the price from TTI Jetty to Chinatown is more expensive than to here, and Chinatown is more run-down, with poorer accommodation conditions than this hotel. Hygiene: Good hygiene. Environment: Good environment, spacious rooms. Service: Staff are enthusiastic.

We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the jetty, making it very easy to travel around. There is also a dive center right downstairs, which is perfect for divers. Breakfast is included and offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the overall cleanliness exceeded our expectations. However, the air conditioning was a major issue. We booked several rooms, and all of them experienced problems with the air conditioning. Additionally, the swimming pool is noticeably smaller than it appears in the photos. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and convenience are great, but the air conditioning definitely needs improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Cleanliness need to be improved. Lizard amd mosquitoes appears and fortunately the desk staff able to provide aerosol spray. Television not functioning and door knob for bathroom need to be replaced.

This is first time i stay here. So lovely stay here, near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol and easy access to city just a few minutes walk to Pasar Payang. Service were very good, all staff were friendly. For sure i will come again next time!

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first because of the hotel's exterior appearance and relatively low price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and most of the facilities and furnishings looked new or had been nicely refurbished. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet, which was a slight disappointment. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The hotel has a good location, and the service was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. Although the building looks quite old from the outside, the interior was actually comfortable and well-maintained. One issue we encountered was in the bathroom, there was no proper shower head, which should definitely be checked and fixed by the staff. Overall, it was an okay stay.

It's a shophouse conversion but has a lift, and overall it feels like a proper hotel—convenient and comfortable. Had a couple of minor issues during my stay: the AC leaked (probably set too cold) and there was a short power outage for a few minutes, but the front desk responded quickly and sorted everything out. No other complaints! Great location—next to a restaurant, a pharmacy, Watson, and a 7-Eleven that sells hot food (the one in Chinatown doesn't, so this was a big plus!). Breakfast and supper were never a problem. There's also a small pantry on Level 1 with a sofa, computer, and printer—handy if you need to print anything last minute. Highly recommended for its location, cleanliness, and convenience! 👍🏻
