to the restaurant Sheraton Dammam hotel I am very satisfied with the restaurant service very good.food also good and also their workers is very friendly Mr. Marlon and also Mr. George very friendly service to me every time I come to Sheraton Dammam restaurant I hope this service will continue and Mr. George and also Mr. Marlon will advance in the future, thank you both of you and your other friends at the restaurant

من افضل الفنادق من ضمن سلسلة فنادق أكور في العالم تم خدمتنا بالفندق بشكل كبير ممتاز من موظفين الاستقبال خصوصًا الموظف تركي وحامل الحقائب موفيز ممتازين بالتعامل أيضًا خدمة المطعم كانت رائعة جدا ينقص الفندق بعض اللمسات البسيطة كمقهى الشيشة وتغيير بعض أصناف المنيو في المطعم نظافة الفندق ع مستوى عالي

住了十個晚上，位置離展會展館比較近，交通確實不太方便，打車也打不到，可以讓酒店叫車，提前説好價格。 酒店早餐比較不錯。 離店的時候有點小插曲，也被攜程迅速解決沒有誤機

Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

التقييم العام جيد جداً، الموقع ممتاز وقريب جدا من الكورنيش وحوله جميع الخدمات، والتكلفة مقابل الخدمة ممتازة مقارنة بالفنادق في نفس المكان والمستوى. . ………….. الأطعمة جيدة والخدمة متميزة والأطباق متنوعة

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

Stayed in two bedroom suite, Clean spacious rooms, clean washroom. Near to lulu hyper market. Free parking in the basement. Entrance for parking is from gate-3 lulu parking. Highly recommended for biger family to book two bedroom suite. Staff were coperative

We love the hotel lobby decor. Room is quiet, spacious and clean. Bathroom too. Wifi is strong. Staffs are helpful. We get to view the room 1st to ensure it meets our satisfaction. They also helped us to arrange for transportation for our early departure to airport. Many shops and cafe around the area. The Souk is around 30 mins walk away. We ordered Ala carte breakfast and portions were generous. Nothing to dislike. Just to note that Cornish view rooms are for family rooms only. Normal rooms do not have Cornish view.
