This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

房間挺舒服的，可以隔着山大看到海，離國際海水浴場挺近的，從山大西門夜市慢慢走過去正舒服，酒店服務人員也很好，有事情麻煩基本都幫忙搞定了，早飯挺豐盛也挺好吃的（沒拍照沒辦法上傳）晚上自助也好吃

I have stayed at this hotel twice before because it’s quite close to the train station but this time, I got a room so small that I had to roll on the bed to get to the other side of the room. The space between the foot of the bed and TV stand was too narrow to comfortably walk through. The hotel is also in an obscure area so the Didi can’t drop /pick you at the door. The staff is very friendly though. Breakfast options are enjoyable but also limited.

PAKR PLAZA TAIAN is a brand-new establishment, and it shows. The modern and sleek design throughout the hotel creates a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are not only modern but also in pristine condition, which added to the overall appeal of my stay. My room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The furnishings and decor were contemporary, and it was clear that attention to detail was a priority. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploration and business meetings. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a variety of delicious dishes. 【良いところ】 ・シーツが乾燥しきっていて湿り気が無い ・カードキーで入室するタイプ ・部屋の内部が全体的に綺麗 ・ホテルの目の前にショッピングモール、地下鉄、バス停などが揃っていてアクセスが十分 【注意すべきところ】 ・シャワールームの排水口の流れが悪い ・携帯の電波が届きにくい 在青島日本領事館へも距離が近いので旅先で困ったことがあっても安心して宿泊することができると思います。 当ホテルから1時間ほどで行けるロウ山の巨峰という区域はとても壮大です。是非行ってみてください✨（観光に訪れる際には崂山风景区游客服务中心という観光センターから出ているバスに乗車する必要があります）

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

Good location, good service, but unfortunately there was an issue during my stay with the hotel water. After reporting it to the hotel staff, it was quickly seen to though. Apart from the cold morning shower, my stay was good. Hotel buffet is well stocked with several Eastern and Western dishes.
