Nice and comfortable during my two weeks stay. Manager and the staffs are wonderful and really helpful. The room and bed are spacious. Location is quiet . Transport is great. 5 minutes to shops and 12 minutes to the nearby railway station. Will definitely come again.

This new hotel (the entrance is still being built, yo have to enter through the right hand side) is set in Bougival, a place with lots of history (Bizet and Tourgenyev died here, impressionists came here to paint, Josephine Baker lived there,...). The Seine river is just across the street. There are some resaurants and shops within a short walk. Front desk staf lady was very kind. Rooms are large and nice, with bathtub. The gym has not opened yet. Breakfast was included. It was ok, but the burners of hot food did not work, so just cold cuts. The night was noisy, because there is a patio where some people were drinking and laughing. No food on week-ends. This seems a hotel for business people. Ah, Versailles is close by as well. I chose this hotel because Malmaison museum is a short walk away (aprox 20 min). And it is worth the trip. I took the RER on arrival at CDG and then went to Bougival by bus. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Hotel très bruyant l'été en bordure de l'A12 et la rue principale, la télé de 17 ans ou manquait quatre chaines et le fil d'antenne à reprendre dans un autre studio, vitres de fenètres sales, seuil de balcon, table et chaises sales à néttoyer vous meme. Un va et vient inçéssant de cars d'asiatiques qui rotent et parlent en chinois sur le balcon, super. Une immigration made in Africa hébergée gratuitement aux frais des contribuables, à embaucher pour repeindre l'hotel et changer les moquettes sales au lieux de se glander toute la journée. Les lits jumeaux pour les asiatiques qui n'ont pas le droit de se reproduirent pour cause de surpopulation, pas confortables. Pas de couvercle de poèle donc l'alarme de la hote se déclanche tout le temps. Pas de fait- tout pour faire cuire des pommes de terre à l'eau, pas de cafetière, juste une bouillote de ma grand mère qui ne sert plus à rien puisque une cafetière krups, à capsules, coute 59€ et fait du bon café ou thé. Pas de réduction pour les séjours longue durée des retraités Français, juste une poignée de main, le jour du départ, le directeur qui a fait le mort pendant quinze jours se fout du monde et devrait etre remplaçé par une femme, à 62 ans je crois plus aux femmes. Messieurs, dames allez à Zénitude, Magny les Hameaux qui est bien tenu par une femme, calme et en pleine nature. Pierre qui essaye d'aider les clients devrait etre nommé chef de réception pour améliorer le service, encaisser n'est pas suffisant.

Il y a eu vol d’un objet personnel qui se trouvait dans une valise! Mais il y a eu aucune responsabilité prise par le responsable de l’hôtel qui a préféré défendre la femme de chambre et nous accuser d’un probable oubli! Décevant! Je ne vous conseille pas!

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Great location for a visit to Versailles palace as well as lots of nice cafe's and Restaurants around. Parking can be a problem unless space in Hotel carpark, so need to get there early. Not possible to park outside hotel even though you need a code for the Hotel carpark, so was a little stressful. Our double room was the usual IBIS style, clean and perfectly adequate with a good mattress and pillows. It was facing towards a courtyard so not a pretty view but nice and quiet during the night which was what we wanted for a one night stay. The bathroom was very small but ok for 1 night. When leaving we suggested tea/coffee facility in the rooms as in other IBIS Hotels, which they were planning to do anyway. Breakfast was as usual very nice but the best thing was the very friendly and helpful staff.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return.
