The window was clear, allowing us to take stunning photos of Old Town Quebec with Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in the background. **WiFi:** The WiFi connection at Hilton Quebec was excellent—smooth and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting work done. **Amenities:** While the rooms do not come with bottled water, during the summer, the hotel provides water dispensers with ice water near the reception, which was convenient for filling our water bottles. Overall, Hilton Quebec offers a comfortable stay with fantastic views and excellent connectivity, though the uphill walk may be a consideration for some guests.

My partner and I took a spontaneous trip and were looking essentially for somewhere to crash as we came and went. For the price, Travelodge does the job. I read complaints that the rooms were “too small” but for a couple, we found that we did not need more space than we got. It was not spacious by any means, but we weren’t cramped either. The location is great, Chinatown is right down the road (with great food and places to check out) and there is good nightlife within a 5-10 minute walk. For our demographic, this was a great place to stay. One thing that my partner minded (but I didn’t) was that the breakfast available was only cold, and mostly prepackaged. There were no scrambled eggs, protein, etc. and while it held me over for a few hours, my partner is more picky than I am. We ended up not utilizing our second (included) breakfast and went elsewhere. If you’re looking for a good budget hotel, this will likely not disappoint.

Very friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.

It was 91 this time and people hovered around the inlet returns where the warm water comes in. We got an upgraded room which was lovely. Really appreciated that. The bar and food was also great. Overall excellent stay.

The hotel was within walking distance to the old part of the city. The food at the hotel was wonderful. The room was so unique with the stone walls. We would definitely book at the Port Royal again.

I get why this is a 3-star hotel and not a 4-star one. It’s fine for the most part, but the cleanliness and the attention to detail are just not there. The hallways are super dark. The room was modern and brutalist aesthetic. The bathroom was small but well designed. But the carpet and the bedroom bench had gross stains on them. Some of the fake wood furniture were obviously chipped. The leather on one chair looked discoloured. I expect beautifully architectured hotels at the core of the city to do better than this. The lounge is only open for dinner and it’s almost deserted. Fortunately, there is a convenience store accessible from inside the hotel, but I expected room service. A+ to the staff though. They were very polite and helpful.

Staff were very friendly, found everybody very pleasurable. Free drinks and breakfast are nice.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to Montréal Old Town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable. Parking is tight but secure. Only complaint was the property is a bit tired. Plus, it's a heavily used hotel, so a lot of people coming and going. Lobby was quite noisy at check in. All in all, good value for the money if one is willing to be a bit flexible on the quality of the experience.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. They have a lovely outdoor seating area. The drinks selection is limited but at least there is a bar. Great location close to airport. When you have an early flight, don't trust the traffic, sleep at the airport hotel and start your journey stress free.

Hotel room is spacious, with tall ceiling, and clean. Located in a good central location near to cafes and museums. Bed was super comfortable.loved that there is a direct lift access to the basement car park - especially when it’s so cold outside!

We just finished a four night stay at this hotel. Overall it was ok. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Being just slightly outside the old wall makes it very accessible by car and ease of loading luggage etc. it is also walkable to all the attractions in and out of the old city. The cons: the check in could have been better. The hotel says it has a valet service but the two teenagers working that door could not be bothered to assist. Our room was okay but the carpet is old and needs to be ripped out. The bedding was also odd. No fitted sheets. Just flat sheets on the bed and acting as a duvet cover. The hotel did offer free filtered water and for a cost you could have sparkling or flavoured water and wine. We are. It fans of buffets so we opted to eat breakfast on the adjacent grande Allee at the Grand Cafe. Overall I was happy with the hotel but don’t expect 4 star quality or service here

Beau, propre et moderne. On a bien aimé la chambre. Il y a un restaurant Barbies accessible depuis l'hôtel. Il y a aussi un gym et une piscine. C'était propre. Pas grand chose à dire de négatif. Peut-être le stationnement. Il est extérieur et pas très grand. On s'est stationné dans un espace enneigé (mini bute de neige).

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .

I loved staying in the Hotel du Nord, that was very pleasant and comfortable. 24-hour coffee/hot chocolate, breakfast, bed, room temperature, and fresh air. Everything was good quality, clean, fresh, and comfortable

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting old quebec. If you can manage an easy 10 minute drive into old quebec, this place is ideally located. In a quiet, nice, clean neighborhood it has great facilities to hand. There are gas station, Tim's and local store within walking distance, and lots iv great restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet....I got the impression we were the only one in there! Downsides....the staff were somewhat matter of fact at reception, no info about spa, Cafe etc, just here's your keys, sign here. We stayed in what looks to be a new addition to the hotel and the elevator can only be described as the slowest in Canada, I get it, it's a disabled use friendly one, but be prepared to wait for it! The stairs are not an option when you have heavy suitcases.

This is my fourth time at this hotel. Convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and generally clean. This time around, the room wasn't as clean as my previous experiences.

The place is really worth of money. Easy to travel if you have late night or morning flights.

We like Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval. The room is spacious and clean. We had a King size bed and a sofa bed for 4 people and it was good. The breakfast was great. This is a busy hotel so sometimes people were hard to find a table to sit and eat. But it was not a big deal.

Can’t beat the convenience of being able to check in at the hotel minutes after clearing passport control since it’s a relatively short walk away through the terminal. My husband and I stayed here two nights while in town to attend a memorial service in nearby Dorval. Figured it was the nicest hotel around without having to go all the way downtown. We had booked a room with a runway view but the room we were given was facing the other way. I didn’t notice it until we were in the room 10-15 minutes, then we went downstairs to be given the correct room type. They weren’t particularly apologetic about the error but OK. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very nice. Spacious room with high ceilings and excellent, quiet climate control. There was a weird bald spot on the carpet about the size of a dinner plate on the floor near the bed. My husband and I joked about what horrendous stain must’ve been there previously. We appreciated the water bottles. Breakfast downstairs was interesting. The service was friendly but so slow it was almost humorous. We were there well over an hour. We weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal. The food was decent although kind of unnecessarily fancy. Thought there might be a buffet with yogurt, etc., since I’d seen pictures online, but there wasn’t (it was a Saturday). Checking out was a breeze and we were checking in for our flight home literally about two minutes after leaving the front desk. Would definitely stay there again if the circumstances arose.

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

We were surprised how quiet this Comfort Inn was, since it was so close to the airport. The rooms were clean, the desk person Melanie was very friendly and super-helpful, and though there’s no restaurant on site there are snacks available for purchase so you can get something to eat if you’re in a rush. We got a great night’s sleep and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

酒店很乾凈，服務人員也很熱情，酒店用品補給也跟充足，沒半個小時就有Shuttle去機場，離機場僅5分鐘車程。酒店雖然離市區比較遠，但是可以在機場坐747巴士直達市區，30分鐘左右，也挺方便，這次入住體驗很好
