I will admit, I am a Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton kinda gal. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels around the world for work and have been spoiled with the great food & great service.

I paid the room fee on Ctrip and charged it again when I arrived at the hotel. The room rate booked on Ctrip covers all taxes and attraction fees. Checking out is the hotel trying to charge attraction fees again. Is the information channel between Ctrip and the hotel not smooth enough?

The hotel lobby and the outside are very good, the only thing is that the room is a little small and the bathroom in the room is relatively luxurious.

Very satisfied, great location.

Absolute joke the valet damaged my Range Rover and now mysteriously the cameras were not working that day. I will NEVER stay at this place. A bunch of liars that won’t own up to it!!! Might be done staying at Marriotts forever. Apparently they think this is about me paying for a 500 deductible.

Stayed at the Ritz for 3 nights for a wedding. We got upgraded to Club level and everything was amazing. The club lounge service was over and above from the manager to the servers. Mercedes was so nice, I mentioned I had to check out at 4;30am and would miss breakfast , she offered and made me a amazing breakfast sandwich which she brought to my room so I could put it in the fridge for the morning. So thoughtful and over and above by the whole staff. Looking forward to our next visit !!

Lucas is the absolute best of the best. If you don’t have him as your valet guy, you’re missing out on the full experience. That guy knows what’s up. If you want the full experience, Lucas is involved. That guy needs a raise. Love Lucas! And the driver, zafir, he is AWESOME. They have the best staff ever - but specifically Lucas the valet and zafir the driver.

The Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel met my very high expectations. The views are breathtaking. The renovation was well done. The rooms are stocked with great amenities. The grounds and common areas are also incredibly beautiful and well maintained. Having the beach butlers to help set up an area on the beach is a great feature. The Eco Adventures team helped to make our stay perfect. We went on a hike with Natalie and whale watching with Quinn. Their knowledge of the property, area, and animals was top-notch. I learned so much and had a great time. The food on property was excellent. If you are looking for a unique dining experience, I recommend Kahani. The curry sampler was delicious and allowed us to try a variety of curries. The staff is so kind and personable. I cannot wait to book a return trip.

Spectacular views, superlative service, incredible rooms. The main pool was under construction during our stay, so some amenities weren’t available; the secondary pool is a bit small and less sunny, but still lush and comfortable. Direct access to an expansive public beach that wasn’t particularly crowded (yet—we were ahead of peak season). House restaurant, Raya, is a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch to enjoy forever ocean views and sunset; but dinner menu is top notch as well. Pricey (especially in peak season) and caters to a business clientele, but easily a top contender for a romantic weekend or special occasion.

Passed by for a day on my way to vegas. Never disappointed at the ritz. Staff will take care of you, room service is on point, rooms are clean.

I celebrated my birthday here last weekend, and I couldn't have asked for a more incredible experience! I have stayed at this property many times already and it's been outstanding every time, but somehow the staff managed to make the stay even more special -- every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and personalized! Trey at the front desk has remembered me right away every time I've come back to the property and gave my friends and I a nice warm welcome! He moved us into the exact room we wanted and we really enjoyed the champagne. Our first stop was the fire pit where we also had another very warm welcome and birthday wishes from Karen! We walked around and enjoyed the beautiful property the rest of the evening until dinner, which was amazing, where we were treated to an amazing birthday cake and complimentary dessert. The next morning at the pool Maddie brought us water and snacks and really started our day on a nice note! We went to the bar upstairs later to redeem our included drinks and Rani went REALLY above and beyond with bringing us birthday treats and recommendations, and took a group photo of us celebrating at the table! SB behind the bar also came to bring me a special birthday drink that he newly created that was SO good and beautiful! It looked and tasted like strawberry cake! Our whole experience at the bar was amazing, Randi, SB (and of course everyone else too) were so kind and it was the perfect end to an amazing trip! The Ritz-Carlton team made this birthday one I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion (or just treat yourself to an unforgettable getaway), I love this property, it's one of my favorites and I've stayed in A LOT of hotels. I can't recommend this resort enough. I’ll definitely be back! (again!)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The view is stunning! The rooms are lovely, ours had a beautiful view with a gas fireplace on our balcony. Service was outstanding all around, but a special thank you to Arry at the front desk, Rose and Lynn at the pool, Rose and Joshua at 180blu, Mary at Raya, Hue at the Raya bar, Larry and Sommer and Vishal at Kahani, all of housekeeping, the bellmen, and the wonderful ladies that work at the coffee shop! Thanks for an amazing vacation!
