I had the pleasure of dining at Mediterraneo Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. My friends and I were immediately enchanted by the serene sounds of the waves and the calming ambiance that the beachfront setting provided. The atmosphere was nothing short of magical, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The staff truly elevated our experience. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. Their impeccable service made us feel like VIPs, ensuring that every detail of our dinner was perfect. The food was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. We left feeling satisfied, not just by the meal, but by the entire experience. Good hotel, I had a 3 days stay with my family. It has a good location and Mr Amandus was good in communication via email before check-in. Good food and I like it’s swimming pool, very clean and when taking sea view rooms wow, it’s sunrise is superb. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Great location but I feel there is a lot required to improve the standards. I feel the rooms weren't that clean, cob webs everywwhere, dusty and rusty showers. There was no hot water in two of the rooms we booked and we were told that extra beds for our 4 and 5 year olds were chargeable yet when I made the booking, I specifically booked one family room. I further confirmed my booking requirements with an agent, Yahya whom we met when checking in but insisted that we pay for the extra beds. I feel we were short changed

The place is okay, average experience. The pool is dirty, the rest is fine, quiet and safe place.

內景房間潮濕，衣服洗三天都幹不了，照不到任何太陽下，也看不到所謂內景，房間衛生還可以。房間大小也可以。Karambezi restaurant 餐廳的海鮮不錯，甜品也不錯，環境不錯，早餐可看海！泳池也乾淨，健身房設備也算可以，服務員服務不錯，邊上還有******，如果帶家人來，一定一定要看海，那就太絕了，晚上可聽海白天可看海，早晚餐可看海

I spent one night in the Chelsea Hotel to do some sightseeing in Dar and it was very good for that purpose. The hotel was a little bit dated, but otherwise completely up to the standards which I expect from a hotel. It's located not far from the clock tower, which to my understanding pinpoints the centerpoint of the city. The actual sights I went to see started further away, about 20 minutes by foot. The room was adequate in size and had good aircon. I had a twin room. I first tried sleeping in the bed further away from the aircon, but the air blew directly there, so I had to move to the bed right under the aircon unit. The hotel was located close to a busy road and the honking of the cars could be heard up to the sixth floor. However it wasn't bad. The breakfast was ok. It didn't have a very wide selection, but the items I tried were tasty and of good quality. Also the setting in the restaurant was pleasant. The only negative I have to say is the extraorbitant exchange rate. I had paid my room rate in advance, but I had to pay the city tax (1.50 USD) at the hotel. I asked to pay in Tsh and had to pay 7000 Tsh, equivalent to about 3$. My loss was only 1.50$, so it wasn't a big deal in my case, but the principle left a bad taste in my mouth. If the room rate would have been 1.50$ higher but the city tax 3500 Tsh, I would have left as a happy customer. The hotel offered airport transfer for 42000 Tsh. It was quite pricy. The fixed price at the official taxi stand at the airport was 30000 Tsh. On the way back to the airport I used a rideshare app to get my transfer, it cost Tsh 12000.

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

I have been ordering cakes for various celebrations and it has always been an awesome experience with friends and families enjoying the cakes. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Chef Pankaj who recently made the doll cake for my little princess just the way I wanted and making it very special for her. The taste was absolutely awesome too. I have never gone wrong ordering cakes from Four Points and highly recommend. One of the best cake place in town. The hospitality and customer care at the reception is also very friendly and cooperative.

其他都好，位置無敵，前面就是港口美景！設施也比較新，進出方便。特別是8樓的豬肋排真是吃過最好的！ 衞浴服務有點問題，牙刷要了3次才給，要兩個衹給了一個！ 浴巾第一天用過後就沒了！ 一次性拖鞋也是第一次用了就給不換新了！一次性變長期性了！ 另外一個缺點是wifi速度太慢，電視機下面顯示的藍色時鐘太刺眼。
