Fabulous experience at this hotel. Impeccable service throughout my 4 days here, and the room was spacious and lovely ! Breakfast was filling , everything was amazing. Wished I could stay a few more days here. Will definitely come back if I visit Crete

Brilliant hotel which couldn’t be faulted. Wonderful staff, great food, comfy pool beds. Only a few minutes walk from lovely beaches and 10 mins from Chania on the bus or 1 hr to walk there. Loved it and will be back. There are well being opportunities ( we didn’t partake) but we just chilled!

We loved this small and intimate hotel. From the time we arrived until we departed the staff and facilities were so welcoming. Big comfy sunbeds a beautiful pool with a shelf area to keep cool in. Breakfast was a real event and beautifully presented . The hotel is set back from the road and isn’t really overlooking the sea however there are four different beaches just across the park five to ten mins walk. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Our room was spacious and modern with a large balcony. Well done to everyone who looked after us and thank you.

Beautiful hotel with the best hospitality from all the staff who make you feel super welcome, share great recommendations for things to do in Crete, big thank you to Alexandros & Aris who definitely helped make our stay here very enjoyable! Mossa is also in a great location near some lovely beaches & a stunning walk into Chania along the seafront.

Honestly, this place is A1. The location, the vibe, the rooms, but what really makes it is the staff. Special shout-out to Alexandros and Aris for looking after my wife and I celebrating our 10 yr anniversary. But everybody from the cleaners to the drivers were just all so friendly. HIGHLY recommend

Amazing Service, Amazing Location, Amazing food I can't describe how happy we were to stay at this hotel! All in all, we loved it!! it is clean; the food is amazing; the facilities are great; it is very clean; thanks to its size, it feels more like staying at someone's priority rather than a cold, large-scale hotel. In one word do not hesitate to stay at this property!!

Our stay was AMAZING! Alexandros and Anna were so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome with just a 5 min. walk to 3 great beaches. The bus to Chania Old Town is out front of the hotel and it's a short bus ride away. This boutique hotel is super clean and just lovely! The breakfast was delicious and our room was VERY spacious and we had two balconies and a living room. We were able to book a day trip to Elafonissi Beach right at the front desk. If I ever make it back to Crete, I would definitely stay here again. I've never written a review on Trip Advisor before but enjoyed my stay so much that I felt obligated to do so.

Beautiful hotel, small but perfect for couples. Came from Ireland for 5 nights. Pool was small, but again, it wasn’t busy and very relaxing as mostly couples just lounging around. Rooms were very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. Staff were so friendly, and were great for local advice on where to eat and how to get around. Bus stop outside the door bringing you directly to Chania leaving every 20 mins approx. Would absolutely recommend.

Wow, what a great experience! The Mossa Wellbeing Hotel in Crete has been a fantastic find! The service has been exceptional. The staff, particularly Alex & Aris have been amazing and the vibe is really chilled-out. The food is excellent, with a menu that’s clearly been well thought out and leans towards healthy options. And once again, the staff can’t do enough for you – they really make you feel welcome. Massive thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic service.
