I stayed for 1 night in this particular trip. This is my first stay at courtyard siliguri. I am writing to convey my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary experience I had during this particular trip. The property is very well maintained and cozy and beautiful. The level of care and dedication exhibited by your staff surpassed our highest expectations, leaving an indelible mark on me. The personalized greetings and the seamless check-in process immediately set the tone for what would become a truly exceptional stay. Everything was maintained very well and staff at all the areas were so helpful and reachable/open. Food at The restaurant Siliguri kitchen was awesome to say the least. Each dish was a testament to the chef's artistry, and the service was characterized by attentiveness and knowledge. Dining there became an experience in itself, and we eagerly anticipated every meal. Thanks to Mr. HASIBUR, Mr. SOMNATH DEBNATH and their entire team including Mr. Subrata, Mr.Subhamoy sarkar . These people ensure my food needs are taken care in very personalized way. Their culinary skills, communication and warmth are highly appreciated. Hatsoff. The dedication and talent of your team were evident in every meal I enjoyed at From breakfast, lunch to dinner, each dish was a testament to the skill and creativity of chefs. Mr.HASIBUR and Mr.SOMNATH were wonderful chef's and hu*** beings and as I have very long list of intolerances they considered all of them and cooked special meals for me and taking care of my health during this solo travel. My further travel completely depended on this particular trip and they ensured it was absolutely perfect as I required. They made me feel at home. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail were nothing short of extraordinary. Their knowledge of the menu, willingness to accommodate special requests, and genuine warmth made every meal a memorable one. I must take a moment to commend Ms. NITA, Ms.RESHMI, Ms.ANANDITA, at the front desk for their exceptional assistance and graciousness. The staff are very accommodating and warm, and location is perfect - it's a 10 min walk from the mall but is high enough to have a stunning outlook that places on the mall don't see. We actually had some medical issues during our stay here that prolonged our trip, and the team were so understanding and flexible, helping us keep our room on level 6 as long as possible (we recommend this room, best view!). Delicious breakfasts too

PPengguna TetamuWe were very well taken care of by the staff of the hotel right from the moment of our arrival to departure. We had some late requests to change the mattress which were too soft for me which they had arranged in short notice. Though we ate dinner out due to time constraints we did find the breakfast tasty and ample quantity for all of us.

PPengguna TetamuNice rooms but this accommodation is really at a height, that too steep climb, get your nerves out and exhaustive if moving via legs though it's near to market and every other needed locations so can be very good one for fitness freaks Staff stands to be very friendly but on the other hand services takes a lot of time as the resources like room heater/blower are not available at Hotel, probably they arrange from some other property with extra charges. Same stands for food at your room, breakfast may take up an hour to reach your room If anyone planning to visit Tiger Hill or nearby area please inform the staff on previous evening at least they can arrange you Bread Butter/Jam As Staff is friendly here, they might help you over anything you need, so try reaching them, it will help you to not get exhausted or even save some bucks.

PPengguna TetamuI went to Hotel Mount Amara in Siliguri with my mother, wife and two sons. The rooms were decent but rooms should be bigger. The conduct of the staff was cordial especially Su*** Chatterjee was very good. The breakfast with poach, boiled egg, omelette, aloo ka paratha was very good. The dinner with mutton curry, tawa roti was good. I took packed chilli fish dish for my train journey. The hotel requires a better locations as roads near it are not good.
