Good location you can walk to find restaurants and easy to access to the city proper..need to check the water in the bathroom it's not going down. Most likely in this place is..they really near to the Sydney Cathedral

The staff & location are great, as are the amenities in the hotel ( swimming pool & gym ) however the hotel itself is rather dated but I believe they are slowly renovating it. I personally wouldn't pay the standard price however if you can get a good deal it's definitely worth it for the location etc.

Everything was good. I wish we had frequent housekeeping. The current arrangement seems one a week.

While the amenities within the apartment suffices for our 2 nights stay, we would say that generally this accommodation is rather outdated in terms of the interior furnishing, appliance and lightings. While it's location is walkable to eating places and the thai food restaurant located below this apartment is great, parking can be quite a nightmare if you drive as the on-site parking is extremely narrow and it's a very steep slope up and down. The on site parking is chargeable at 60 Aud per stay.

Location is 5 stars. Amenities are dated but in good, cleans and working condition. Had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. All staff were friendly enough but we had minimal interactions. Pool and spa was clean but there were people there with glasses of wine which was dangerous but staff didn't care. The "studio executive" room was spacious with balcony. I would stay again for short trips.

The Location was great. Near the Hyde park The room smells like cigarettes. That was not so great

Fabulous location right on Hyde park. A spacious room with a kitchenette was a positive however everything else was a bit tired and old.

Aircon remote control batteries run out, and the aircon is having some issues. No table / chairs are provided at the balcony Utensils are not cleaned, the drying rack is rusty Asked for vacuum cleaner only have to picked up and returned myself Ask for room housekeeping was declined due to the time has passed which is not true Water is weak for the shower Shower head is leaking Location is easily accessible by public transport

This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. In terms of functionality there is nothing wrong with it but it is a little tired and dated. However, the price reflects this and it is good value. I would recommend staying here and will do again in the future.

Clean and easybaccess to the city, peaceful

This is such a rip-off!!! If you can't curse, then I really can't. As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, this is the worst hotel experience I've ever had, bar none! For 1,100 RMB a night, all you get is shabby facilities, no housekeeping, and you have to go downstairs to get fresh towels. The air conditioner is louder than a tractor, and the shower is incredibly weak. Even worse, you can never get the hot and cold water right. It's either cold or scalding hot! The sheets had multiple holes in them, and the TV stand was crooked because the two legs at the back were broken. You can't even look behind the bed or the sofa; they're so dirty! While hotels in Sydney aren't cheap and most are old and run-down, this one was just outrageous. I later discovered it's managed by a Thai company, and there's a Thai restaurant downstairs. Apparently, Thais prioritize service, so why is this place so messed up? I sincerely advise everyone who comes across my comments to avoid it!!!

A good place with good value for money and good value for money. It is good for sightseeing and is worth recommending. Although there are many complaints, it is still good overall and is worth recommending.
