Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites

Fabulous apartment with great views and extremely well equipped. The service from the provider was exceptional, welcoming and professional. Amazing views of harbour with nightly light show and great restaurants just outside the front door.

Working in the NT, the waterfront apartments are my number one go to for relaxation in the city. This year I booked a week over New Year and again, no problems with the accommodation. Well serviced with full access security and parking. Balcony, BBQ, full kitchen facilities and a range of restaurants an elevator away. Being above the vibrant entertainment precinct, (my choice), it may not suit those seeking a quieter holiday. Those people may choose to book one of the apartment blocks further away. I'm not sure with this operator but there are others. (My booking was "Darwin Waterfront Short Stay Apartments"). Regardless, for holiday accommodation, the Waterfront is the place to be. The whole precinct is immaculately kept and only a walkway from the city, across the Darwin cliffs. The New Year fireworks, live music and the Liquid Light show on the water, capped a great holiday.

I loved my stay at Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites. Beautiful two bedroom/2 bath apartment. Had great AC and WiFi. Plus parking. Great customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed anything they were so helpful. Had great views of the ocean with an outside sitting area, which I loved sitting at to watch a storm come in. The beds were comfortable and was very clean. Also had a washer and dryer. Was quiet. Tons of fun activities close by but I heard no background noise in the apartment, which was important to me because I had to work a few of the days online. Best location in town. The waterfront lagoon, which is crocodile free, is right in front of the building. Has a water play area for kids. Tons of good restaurants in the area. One night I took the elevator to the walking bridge to enjoy an event at civic square. There is parking under the building but if you don’t have a car this a great location. I walked to the sunset cruise, all tours pick up at the hotel next door, the hop on hop off bus has a stop under the walking bridge next to the apartments. The place is equipped with a full kitchen but if you don’t want to cook you can just walk down to eat at one of the restaurants at the waterfront. Love my stay and highly recommend.

The location of our suite on the waterfront was very convenient to attractions; the lagoon and wave pool; a variety of restaurants/eateries and bars. The mall and grocery shopping were also a comfortable walk. Our two bedroom suite was spacious, well presented and equipped. We made use of the sea breeze, but could also cool down further with the fans or air conditioning. It had a great outlook from the balcony, which we enjoyed every day for a number of meals. A fantastic bonus was the free use of a car to get around local museums, markets and grocery shopping. Now that the circuit around Litchfield National Park is sealed we were able to stay within the conditions of to the car’s use to do a wonderful, self-paced day trip around several of the waterfalls and pools. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Having stayed before, we booked to go again. Unfortunately, we experienced a family emergency and needed to cancel one week out. We were not offered a refund (policy), asked for a credit to be able to stay at another date (NO), asked if we could move the booking to another date (NO). God forbid if you have a booking and a family member passes, Will never go back, they have now a free room, our money. No assistance. Bloody disappointing

Fantastic place to stay right on the waterfront. Balcony was large with a lounge, table and bbq overlooking the waterfront. One bedroom apartment was clean and a great size with everything you needed including a washer and dryer. Location is 5star with many restaurants and bars at your door step. Large grassed areas with 2 x lagoons for swimming and a wave pool. Can walk to stokes wharf and also to city centre. Highly recommended!
