Hotel dengan WiFi di Darwin

Penginapan kedua saya. Ia adalah hotel pangsapuri yang hebat Sangat bersih, semua yang anda perlukan termasuk DW dan mesin basuh Kolam Renang adalah Devine Sarapan pagi mempunyai semua hiasan Kakitangan lebih ramah Kami minum di bar penthouse, dan disajikan makanan ringan percuma Sementara pengurus membuat dirinya dikenali dan membuat kami sangat dialu-alukan Suka tempat akan dikunjungi lagi

Semasa wabak, tidak ada sarapan bufet, dan ia digantikan dengan restoran a la carte. Sarapan tradisional Australia sepanjang hari. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan jemput. Saya melihat seseorang menjawab bahawa hotel tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar. Adalah lebih baik untuk mengesyorkan lapangan terbang Novtel dan Mercury untuk transit perniagaan

Perfect location, easy walk to town (hop on hop off bus), local bus station, cafes/restaurants, waterfront & wave pool. Great on-site restaurant. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment (2B/room). Amazing views from the balcony, we could watch the sunrise every morning.

I’ve stayed at Metro twice. Their staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are kept clean and well stocked with towels and essentially like tea, coffee, milk. I also like the fact they don’t use small plastic shampoos and conditioners which are wasteful. The dispensers for soap and these items are much more efficient. The building has security whereby you can’t get up in the lifts without a tag as well as locked front doors late in the evening which again can only be assessed with a key-tag. The location is a few steps from a bus stop and a few steps more to a major supermarket.

Overall, a disappointing experience. No mention that check in and check out are electronic. Minimal staff and of those there are, limited experience and knowledge. Useful having a guest laundry. Food options were limited. Pre booked an accessible room which was not made up correctly on arrival. Bathroom floors are tiled in gloss tile so are quite dangerous when wet. No way to contact reception from the room other than by phoning the external number. Overall, for a major chain the stay was not satisfactory especially given the costs. OzJane

Great Location and overall fine. Service to room was a little adhoc with them doing it some days but not others ..stayed 7 days.

My stay here was marred by the unnecessarily long check in process involving paperwork that could have been done electronically during the booking process - and my ongoing annoyance at being charged an additional $100 security bond at check in. All in the middle of the night, for a prepaid booking. Was assured the $100 would be refunded the next day, but 5 days later it hasn't been. Phoned the reception to enquire and was told by a rude receptionist that it was my banks problem and that they are entitled to charge this fee ”in case I damaged the room”. I haven't ever been charged more than a $1 holding fee before, so am not impressed with this ”management policy”, particularly given the room was prepaid. The actual room was clean and comfortable, a light breakfast is included which is good value. Parking is an additional charge - it would be very difficult to park here with a large 4WD, the spaces are tiny. I'm really disappointed that the management processes seem to be all about not trusting guests and making staying there a complex process...it's actually a nice hotel that is thoughtfully set up for short stay travellers, but I left with a bad feeling and feel sorry for the night reception staff who have to enforce ”policy”. Everywhere these days there are signs up about abuse not being tolerated...being combative towards paying customers isn't helpful.

This is a vey nice hotel in a very scenic location next to the beautiful waterfront. Surrounded by lots of good restaurants and has a certain vibe to the place. Downtown is just 10 minutes walk away. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained. The staff is very courteous, polite and efficient. We were especially very well served by Ms. Chelsea on the reception who was extremely helpful and cooperative, always going out of the way to look after us whenever a need arose. Hotel has a good restaurant with good food options. Very well maintained gym and swimming pool. Overall, fantastic experience.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinushka Goonathalake looked after us very well. Having stayed for a conference a previous week we were most appreciative of a lovely room opening onto the park overlooking the bay on our return from adventuring in Arnem Land. Our room was always fresh and light, the bathroom modern. We appreciated access to open air from the small balcony. A good variety of teas was provided. The atmosphere was relaxed, suiting Darwin's tropical feel. Freshly prepared breakfast on the terrace or indoors and excellent coffee available if desired. Easily accessible morning & evening walks in the park along the bay to town and nearby restaurants was an added bonus.
