Hotel Darwin dengan Sarapan

We reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us. Thanks to all once again.

1 night stay, almost $200. TV did not work, the receptionist came to have a look and couldn't get it working. Got an apology for the inconvenience, but that was it. Didn't have a working TV from there. The bathroom door doesn't not slide closed. Had to wedge a wash cloth in the back to keep the glass door from sliding open. Definitely needs work if you are wanting over $180 a night.

The hotel was under massive renovation. Couldn't get a good Waterview room due to that. The front desk staffs are very accommodative and helpful trying to offer other rooms and options. The swimming pool is the best and we really enjoyed it especially in the hot climates.The location is at the Esplanade,directly sea facing with a nice view and big park . Highly recommend!

Stayed for 8 nights in an Executive Apartment. Luckily got a room on the 14th floor so great. The facilities were superb. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very good . The choice of food was good and the staff were very attentive. The pool was awesome. Did not use the gym but looked very well equipped. Easy access to downtown but we took an uber to the waterfront.

Large room with a wonderful view over the city. A short 5 minute walk to the mall. Wonderful basic complimentary breakfast with opportunity to upgrade to a la carte.

A simple well equipped room. The location was a bit of a walk from the centre, probably to long at night. The swimming pool was going green, requires chlor shoc and filtration, the TV wouldn't give me any live TV but many apps shown on screen! Very frustrating. But apart from these issues the room was ideal for our needs and the early access was excellent, thank you.

Great service. Easy quick check out by putting the key back on the place where the reception is.

Mantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.

Il Piatto our favourite restaurant at ****** food great wine selection ok abit expensive overall compared to other Fine Dining restaurants in Darwin. Reception staff need abit more life and friendlyness more personality.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
