The resort is beautiful, clean and well organised. The restaurants are varied and the choice is excellent. The staff are very well trained, friendly and caring. It really is an impressive set up where everyone wants you to have the very best. Juliana, our concierge was particularly impressive, she gave us lots of advice and helped us with special requests, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Service absolutely outstanding from the moment you arrive to even after you’ve left. Food superb throughout and amazing facilities including at least eight swimming pools. All staff brilliant. Our personal concierge, Juliana, was out of this world and helped us arrange meals, boat trips, Tesla for the day, transfer back to the airport etc

There are many delicious restaurants to choose from and the facilities are fantastic. There are countless pools, a spacious gym, and many sports on offer, including water skiing, tennis , table tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball. There are great tennis coaches and gym instructors. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Napoleon, Achilles, Phoebus,(from the sports centre), Theodoros, Johana,(from the restaurants) and Eleni(from the reception). We recommend Ikos Dassia highly.

We were treated like VIP’s from the moment we were picked up to the moment we were escorted to the check in desk for our flight home. Juliana ( guest relations) was helpful and very accommodating - Juliana booked all our events including restaurants and outside of the resort - very helpful and just took all the pressure away. The whole team were delightful and smiling the whole time - nothing was ever too much trouble. The bar staff and staff working serving drinks and snacks were incredible - hot sun and come around frequently to ensure guests were looked after the whole time. The restaurants were amazing- choice and quality ( plus the service) and the wines - you really could not have a better ‘all inclusive ‘ experience. I would have no hesitation is going back to any of the Ikos resorts if that’s the standard in each resort. They should have a loyalty card where guest can get discounts for returning visits- I would definitely sign up for one. Amazing holiday and I had the best rest with no stress other than what to drink next and which restaurant to eat at. The cost of the all inclusive was a little over my budget per day but worth it. Thank you Ikos for a wonderful holiday experience. Minnie

Loved it from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a delux 2 bedroom suite, for the 4 of us , 2 adults, and 2 17 year olds, it was beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows , lounge area, balcony, everything you would expect from "the best all inclusive resort in the world" I recommend the Grill, Anya the Asian, Fresco and of course dinner on the beach, the best grilled prawns I have had in a very long time. The food throughout was exceptional I want to say the staff in Ikos Dassia are the most friendliest and professional people , your wish is definitely their command, and they really enjoy what they do. The beach is sandy but rocky in the water so bring your water shoes for ease of getting in and out. The water sports are brilliant my kids enjoyed the rings and the sofa , I even went paddle boarding as the sea is like a mill pond. There is enough to do for families with younger children, not many older teenagers but plenty of couples, I would say it's a good all rounder for everyone. We popped across the bay to Ikos Odisia which was equally as beautiful, it was flatter and not quite as big and busy but over a larger area. This is definitely what I would call a 5 star resort, I just couldn't fault it in anyway.

The smallest bedroom we’ve ever stayed in - and it’s a SUPERIOR - genuinely completely shocked. The room had 2 single beds instead of a double!! There are literally bugs crawling all over the floor and mosquitoes flying everywhere - shocking

Amazing resort, great pools and services. The food was really disappointing, we tried all restaurants but it was below expectations except for anaya ( Asian cuisine). Very helpful and caring worker over there but the concierge service ( aka butler) is kind of useless, communication with them is so hard and they answer you leave massages after hours!!! Our concierge her name is Juliana we so her briefly first day and then she disappear with Avery hard to get a hold on her. Rooms are so clean and room service are fast. Beach are also clean and easy to find beds available.
