Ulasan Yeoksam Artnouveau City Hotel and Residence

Location is VERY good, considering the bus network, airport limousine, and subways. facilities are old and not well maintained. Ceilings were hanging loose, the shower stool is too narrow and small that I have to squeeze my self in and out. Cleaning was provided every 3 days, no iron was provided. There is a washer from a museum. that looks like from the 60s. it runs 24 hours unless you manually stop it. you have to call a landline for a service, and no interphone is provided. If you purchased internet-only prepaid sim, then there is no way of asking for a service. I do not recommend this!

Location of the hotel is good, yet hotel it self is an old building, if you dont like dirty carpet and old style building then i suggest you to go elsewhere. I didnt mind taking the price option, it was the lowest in the area. Checking in and check out process was a bit confusing, pretty much no one is there to help you but fully automated by kiosk. Which i didnt know prior to arriving and waited at counter for some time. It would be better if there was a clear explanation made before arriving.

the hotel only provide 2 face towels per day in evening time

So convenient and good location but no staff at lobby but ok next time I will book again

I dont expect much for the low prices. I only find the bathroom is abit small, compared to other hotel around the area.

房間很差，自行入住的，前台基本沒有。 空調在床的正上方，聲音很大，根本睡不着。 三天才會打掃房間。而且不允許提前退房。 提説空調聲音大，也不讓退。極度差評

위치는 근처 업무용 출장 호텔로 정말 좋습니다. 무인데스크로 바뀌고 체크인하는데 불편함이 조금 있고 호텔이 조금 오래되어서 시설이 조금 낡은부분이 있긴하지만 가성비 측면에서 괜찮습니다.

혼자 이용하는거였지만 시설이 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 그렇지만 화장실이 좁으니 넓은거 선호하시면 좋지않은것 같아요. 그래도 복층도 있어서 나중에 친구들리랑 서울 나들이 올때 가도 좋을것 같아요

너무 드러웠어요 벌레 2마리 잡음 직원 로비내려가니 없음 / 전화 안받음 9시반 지나야 나온다고 팻말 열벋아서 눈뜨자마자 나옴

적당한 시설, 용도를 모르겠는 복층, 특이한 체크인 시스템, 초라한 어매니티, 편의점 등 근처 편의시설이 많아 머무르기 괜찮았음

위치만 좋은 곳입니다… 그렇게 많은 레지던스를 이용해 보았지만 이렇게 더럽고 시설이 엉망인 호텔은 처음입니다 무인이라 데스크라 바로 컴플레인도 힘들고 무조건 전화를 해야합니다 또한 시설이 너무 오래되고 다 부서지고 엉망입니다 세탁기안에 다른 옷과 양말이 있고 문을 열 수도 없습니다 욕실은 변기는 커버가 부셔져있고 깨끗하지않습니다 주방쪽은 쓰지않는게 좋을거같습니다 더럽고 제품이 녹슬어있습니다 특히 냄비 이런 제품들… 침대도 더러워서 수건을 깔고 잤습니다 냉장고엔 다른 음식도 있고 다 깨져있습니다 테이블이 박살나 있어서 다칠 수 있었습니다 청소가 전반적으로 안되어있었습니다

酒店總體還是比較滿意，中間出現了一些插曲，但是通過攜程管家也幫我解決了，首先，可以選擇機場大巴，選擇6703號巴士，可以直酒店，因為酒店門口就有站，買票選擇驛三，酒店去地鐵站也挺方便的大概6-7分鐘左右，地鐵驛三站，附近星巴克也挺多的，酒店樓下就有超市，酒店房間挺寬敞的，有廚房，微波爐，冰箱，廚具有一些，但是酒店屬於公寓所以聯繫酒店服務會有一些困難，酒店入住是自助的就在酒店大廳有一台機器，有各種國家語言選擇，酒店是用門卡的，大家不要誤認為是用密碼的，酒店網路是不需要密碼的按照你自己的房間號碼就可以，插座口都在洗手間，電視劇後面，桌子下面或者牀頭櫃後面，最好還是自己帶韓國轉接插頭，洗髮水沐浴液有配的，牙刷也有，但是喜歡用自己的，還有送的兩瓶礦泉水，如果進房間缺了什麼，或者有什麼問題，聯繫不到酒店，別著急可以讓攜程管家來協助，可以用APP裏面的網路電話聯繫攜程管家，情況大致就這樣，希望可以幫到大家。
