This is one of the properties where i have seen the hotel management and front desk is completely unresponsive and their only target is profitability, without any consideration for the value of their customers. Once the booking is done and the payment is made, they just don't bother about the customer anymore. I booked a suite for 4 nights at their property and paid the full amount well in advance and due to an emergency medical condition at home, i couldn't travel, for which i shared the proof as well. And they neither spoke nor responded to any of my correspondence. If this is their approach to doing business in the hospitality industry, will wait to see, how long they remain in business. Would not recommend anybody to book a rooms at their property.
