Hotel Tropika a good choice for family staycation with a good guests service. The food is good and the filipino breakfast buffet is fantastic.

May not be the most trendy hotel in the city but the standard of cleanliness and customer service which make this hotel one of the most comfortable hotel I've been to, in and out of the country. The property is well maintaned. Rooms are huge with big windows. Good value for money for a 3* hotel. My only criticism which doesn't really affect your stay is to improve the garden pave by clearing all the weeds.

My father enjoyed his stay and told me he will definitely go back again coz he felt comfortable during his stay and he’s really happy. He can’t stop talking about his stay and he will recommend it to his friends/colleagues about it 🤣 Affordable and the staff’s are so welcoming and accommodating as well 🥰 Will stay here again before I go back to Sg 😊

I like this hotel coz its near Davao International airport which we traveled for only 15 minutes. The room is nice & spacious with hot & cold shower. A complimentary drinks were provided. I guess I'll come back again to this hotel....

We love everything about this hotel! Spacious room with a nice view. Rooms are clean and very affordable rooms with breakfast. I would definitely go back with my family.

It was very noisy by housekeeping moving beds around or something, a scraping noise that was coming from adjoining rooms or other floors. We were trying to sleep in at 7:30 AM. The breakfast was just okay. Had to park outside the parking lot along the entrance road - mud.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The front desk staff was very helpful and was always willing to assist us all the important information that we needed. Although there was no elevator at the hotel, they made sure our luggage was carried up by concierge. We couldn’t enjoy a dip in the pool during our stay because they were cleaning it, but we got some nice photos taken there! They even allowed us a slightly later ‘check out’ timing as we needed the additional rest time before our long journey to the village. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very satisfying and the service was pleasant too and we will definitely be back to stay there again.

We love the pool area, very nice. Staff were accommodating. The only downside if you have a lot of luggage is there’s no lift but they offer luggage assistance. Breakfast options were limited but overall the hotel offers value for money, it is close to a lot of restaurants (3 mins by grab).

Very friendly and efficient staff throughout this hotel. The room, bath and grounds were perfect. Aircon and hot water for shower we’re just right. Breakfast buffet was quite nice and the food staff even provided a full breakfast for us a half hour early as we had an early flight the last day. The salt water swimming pool was grand, surrounded by well kept grounds. The location is just 10 minutes from SM Lanang and 15 minutes from the airport. Our new favorite Davao hotel.
