Contrella at the front desk was so helpful to get us an accessible room. Kaitlyn when she saw us struggling to get in the door with our luggage was so helpful getting us in and also escorted us to our room and getting us inside.She definitely went the extra mile to help us. Shirley cooked a wonderful breakfast complete with blueberries for the waffles and a large variety of other breakfast items. The bacon was cooked great. Thank you to all at this Residence Inn. We will be back.

This property is very nice, and the location-INCREDIBLE! It was right on the beach and the view from my room was breathtaking! The staff was very courteous and attentive. The manager, Pat, was very kind and friendly. She made sure I had everything and more that I needed while on my stay. She suggested things to do and places to go. My room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast. Parking is not free - 10 USD per night.

This is the second extended stay that my family and I have stayed at. Both are beautiful hotels but there is one thing that they have in common that made our stay at the first one amazing. Three days ago when I walked in to pay for my reservation an employee by the name of Kevin walked up to the counter!!!! I could not believe it this is the person that made our stay so amazing and we were lucky enough to get the great customer service. So happy to know that great service is going to be at its best to match the very clean and beautiful hotel!!!

Great overnight stay on the way to Orlando!! Really good cooked to order breakfast. Comfortable beds. The room rate was good also. Nice pool/hot tub. At high tide there is very little beach in front of the hotel.
