Hotel Dead Sea Region dengan Bar

הגענו זוג ללילה אחד. לאחר המתנה של 5 שעות וללא קבלת שיחה על כך שהחדר מוכן ניגשנו מיוזמתנו לקבלה . היה דין ודברים לגבי המע”מ עם המנהלת, שהפגינה יחס בוטה ומזלזל מאוד (לא רק אלינו). בריכת מי הים היתה קרה והג'קוזי מלוכלך ולא במלוא ההספק. ביום השני היה עמוס ויותר סביר. האוכל טוב ויש מבחר די מספק. סך הכל נהננו , כי המלון גם נמצא במיקום מרכזי ונגיש רגלית לים ולמרכז , אבל הרושם הראשוני העיב על השהייה קצת

Really old , incredible that being so expensive looks like a 2 star hotel , just worth the location

The place is nice and beautiful The food is not up to standard, very simple The toilet and shower are not very clean

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

Juste s il vous plaît renovation a faire chaque fois que je demande une chambre au début. Du couloir je reçois au font du couloir et j ai mal aux aux jambes je ne suis pas en bonne santé le reste est convenable le service est très bien 👍

Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip! When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately. Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel! Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free. Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free. The food was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. The workers were pleasant and polite. We couldn't ask for more.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

!!! מאוד נהנינו מהיומיים במלון !!!השרות אדיב ומהיר (תקלה בטלוויזיה תוקנה תוך 5 דקות...), ארוחות הבוקר מדהימות בשפע המאכלים וכל המנות טעימות ביותר . המקלחת לא בנויה טוב (כל שטח הרצפה נרטב לגמרי...) אבל שאר החדר נפלא. ערב התרבות (הופעה של ”הכושים העבריים” היה מלהיב ביותר (רקדנו עד אפיסת כוחות...), אם כי הערב השני היה חלש לעומתו.
