Отличное расположение рядом с большинством достопримечательностей. Еда бомбическая! Все очень вкусно по-домашнему, качественно из хороших продуктов. Что бы мы ни брали, это было великолепно. Потом переехали в 5* известной сети. Тут еда не дотягивает до Anelia. Красивый пышный сад с цветами и птицами. Продлили номер бесплатно на 2 часа. Персонал очень приветливый. За ужином подходили к каждому, расспрашивали, все ли нравится. Есть живые кораллы с рыбами. Из минусов: не работал телефон, плесень в ванной. Странная конструкция навеса на террасе, от дождя не защищает. Пляж очень условный, но рядом есть общественный. Там тихо и медитативно.

Три дня мы провели в этом отеле. Впечатления только положительные. Локация удачная, 10 минут ходьбы до пляжа. И 15 минут до магазинов. Рядом много кафе. Но мы питались в отеле, ребята очень вкусно готовят, красивая подача сочетается с сервисом, с вкусным меню. Ужины нас покорили, изысканные блюда и десерты. На завтрак так же голодным не останешься, тосты, сыр, масло, омлет и йогурты собственного приготовления. В номере убираются ежедневно, белоснежные полотенца, большие номера. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

I don't understand why the Manisa hotel has such a low rating... I really liked everything! Yes, the rooms are a bit tired, but everything is kept clean. They cleaned every day, although I didn't ask. The hotel grounds are simply beyond words! A green garden with lots of plants and songbirds - you can relax both your soul and body. My room was 601, I was absolutely delighted with the interior and especially the terrace. I didn't want to leave... The breakfasts are simple, but you won't go hungry. The location is the best you can imagine, the hotel is located along the road, after crossing which the city beach begins with a well-kept park area made of mainly casuarina trees, which provide good shade, along the beach there are plenty of street food outlets, and along the road there are many cafes and restaurants. Cars with delicious ice cream also arrive. And the prices for food are quite reasonable. You can also buy groceries at the nearest Jumbo supermarket (700 m to the right of the hotel along the road). A wide strip of beautiful clean beach, just take coral slippers with you, because entering the water without them can be uncomfortable. I will recommend Manisa to my friends who are going to Mauritius

There is a large shallow beach at the Flic-en-Flac beach where the hotel is located, which is suitable for kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. It is also a great location to watch the sunset at sea. The room cleaning service is average. The towels were not changed during the three days of staying. The two free bottles of water every day were not provided proactively. I had to call the room service twice before someone brought them.

The territory is green and small, the only negative is the ocean muddy water, fenced with a large stone. We rented several rooms, everyone was very pleased. We moved to a neighboring hotel, since the days of a business trip had already begun, 2 km away, Sugar Beach, the ocean is beautiful, a long ***** of beach, a huge territory. And here’s this There is no customer-oriented relationship, everyone doesn’t notice you, the number of rooms is huge, the hotel is reconstructing individual buildings, they knock and they don’t care about the vacationers, I immediately wanted to come back. I booked room for 2 adults and 1 kid 10 years old and right from day 1 hotel staff said kid can not stay in superior room.i was given room saying I will be told if any extra payment is required but no one told anything untill chkout when I was asked to pay MUR 3000 extra for kid stay while I did not ask for extra bed or brkfast for kid bcoz as per booking voucher same was not applicable.when I refused to make extra payment I was threatened of police action as if I am a thief.this is not the way customer should b treated.also seems there was communication gap on part of trip.com to pass on booking requirements.

The hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Уютный, чистый небольшой отель с прекрасным видом на океан. Из моего номера было слышно шум волн! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный, всегда во всем помогут, бассейн чистят ежедневно. Садовник следит за садом тоже каждый день! Иногда устраивают аквааэробику, вечером диско.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The team surprised my wife with a lovely birthday celebration even though we never informed them — a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their hospitality. After spending 10 days in Mauritius and staying in 3 different resorts across the island, this was by far the best. If we return to Mauritius, this will be our first and only choice. The resort is calm, comfortable, and offers great privacy. The staff are extremely professional and kind. There are four diverse restaurants, a spa, and several excellent facilities. Simply the best — highly recommended.
