Hotel Deauville dengan Bar

The hotel is old traditional but very elegant and nice.There is an air of sophistication and luxury.The hotel ****** is next door . Special thanks to Ms Emilie and Ms Nicole for taking care of us (Chambre 119) and upgrading our room.Both the ladies were very humble and kind and very efficient .The service is A+ and I would definitely visit agin with my wife and daughter.Absolutely fantastic experience.

magnifique hotel superbement bien situé, un accueil chaleureux, avec un personnel fort compréhensif. les chiens sont acceptés donc juste pour ça, un GRAND merci. nous avons apprécier notre très court séjour qui fut d’un grand repos pour nous. nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée sur patio très agréable et calme absolu. Le mobilier en bois est chaleureux, l'équipement complet : sèche-cheveux, produits de toilette, bouteille de gel-douche corps et cheveux, coffre-fort gratuit, fer et table à repasser (très rare en hôtel mais bien pratique !), petit frigo, bouilloire avec café, thé, lait, sucre, petite bouteille d'eau offerte, climatisation, radiateur d'appoint, oreillers supplémentaires... Rien ne manque pour un séjour sans soucis, l'accueil est souriant et très sympathique, check-in et out très rapide (quelques minutes). L'emplacement est idéal, près de la gare et des rues animées, du pont menant à Trouville, bref pour nous un séjour parfait, à renouveler sans hésitation !

We are leaving Deauville and this beautiful hotel, the Royal Hotel Barriere, which we called home for 10 days. The staff know us all by name and their service has been the best in all of the hotels around the world we have stayed. Absolutely 5 star and faultless. The funny thing is, AMEX recommended we stay at another hotel in Traville, just 5 minutes down the road. When we got to the other hotel we could see straight away it was not to our liking so cancelled the booking and found this hotel by ourselves. I cannot say enough about this hotel, my father in law who we brought with us, has a knack of complaining about everything and anything, but this stay, i heard not a word out of him. That is the greatest testament to how good this hotel is. Everyday, the restaurant menus changes, so you never tire of what’s on offer. As for Deauville, this town is magical and is like old Paris, that’s probably why It’s known as the Paris Rivièra. Full of restaurants, cafe’s, bars, markets, and beautiful beaches. As we are leaving the hotel is filling with Parisians escaping Paris for a break. If your ever find yourself in France, put Deauville on your list of places to stay or visit.

Let’s start with the positives…the rooms were well appointed. The hotel has a nice décor. The location is superb. There is an excellent convenience store/corner in the lobby with drinks, snacks and other amenities. The in-room amenities were very good. The lack of a dedicated drop-off/pick-up zone could be problematic if you aren’t lucky enough to find an open parking spot in front of the hotel. Our biggest disappointment was the very poorly designed and constructed stairs to the second floor of the family duplex room that we booked. The “stair tread” was far too shallow and the anti-slip stickers are not close enough to the edge to be fully functional. The problem with this room is that the showers are upstairs and there are two beds downstairs. So, there’s a lot of traffic going up and down. I fell one day so hard that I had three 20cm bruises on my back torso. I’m lucky that I didn’t do damage to my internal organs or break a rib. They were the worst bruises I’ve had in my adult life. The following day, my ten year-old daughter also slipped on these stairs and hurt herself. Every country and local jurisdiction has its own standards, but these stairs are really quite dangerous. Good luck trying to bring suitcases upstairs. We left ours downstairs and that severely limited the usefulness of that space. I reported the stair issue and while they listened empathetically and said they'd make a report, they didn't offer any type of effort to ease the pain, such as sending flowers, chocolates, or some other nice gesture. A better hotel would have done more than just ”make a report.” I would stay at this hotel again, but never in a Duplex Room.

Loved the location of this hotel right next to the marina. Not far from the shops and beach. Hotel rooms were clean and had air con. Bed was super comfy! We were able to park in the hotel car park €10 for 24 hours. Overall excellent value for a superb location

CLEAN and spacious room. Comfy bed. A window that opened to let the fresh air in. Great breakfast and friendly staff. I really wanted to practice my French and the lady at check in was very accommodating, she spoke slowly and annunciated so that I could follow and respond. I really appreciated it! Great location too, close to everything in the town. Parking is on the road (she provided me a map with where to go for free street parking). We easily found a spot. I would definitely stay here again if we came to the area again.

What a lovely, boutique hotel in a charming town: Deauville. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet with very comfortable beds. The spa is a must - after your treatments you can take advantage of their steam room or sauna, and their hydro massage bed. So worth it. So relaxing and wonderful. Easy walk into town to shop, eat, explore the beachside.

Chambre très propre, très bonne literie, calme, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, produits locaux. Accueil très sympa et familial. Hôtel très bien situé et places de parking gratuites tout près. Nous conseillons sans problème. Seul petit bémol, un lampadaire mal orienté qui éclairait un peu trop dans la chambre 21.

This hotel has strong pros and cons: Pros: Friendly staff across all aspects of the hotel, quality of food in the restaurant is good, the bed in our bedroom was enormous and the mattress good quality, The surroundings are rural and peaceful.. Cons 25 Euros for a burger and chips in the restaurant - very pricy. Bar service is patchy and the outdoor chairs had cushions covered with bird droppings. No aircon in the bedrooms whicjh is not the best on a hot day.
