The hotel itself was very nice but the service staff at the hotel is extremely rude. They do allow pets though.

Room was EXTREMELY dirty and smelled terrible of smoke and musty water. The pool area was so nasty. It had food and wrappers everywhere. The water in the pool and hot tub was gross as well. Im so disappointed that I wasted my money here.

Very run down and dirty. No blow dryer in room, not enough pillows or towels for the occupants. Only had two towels in a room for 4. When I asked for more, I was told they didn't have any more to give. He couldn't even offer me a hand towel or pool towel for our kidos to dry off with. They only thing they had extra was washcloths. Not enough pillows for occupants. I asked for three extra (they are 5X5 square pillows btw), they only had one and no pillow cases so he gave me a full size sheet to wrap around the pillow. Pool was green and smelly and most of the paint has chipped off of the pool are floor. No pool towels available for most or our stay as well. I had to play white noise on my phone to drown out the road noise from the thin window in our room. It was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.

Rude and seemed bothered. They also "ran out of towels" before 8 pm the night we stayed and still didnt have any until after 10 am the next day.

Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. The room itself was older, the carpet, tub, and bedding all showed wear and could have used a thorough cleaning. However, it was not dirty. We only had 3 towels so I asked for more at the front desk and was I d Formed there were non but I could grab some of the smaller pool towels. No biggie. Pool facility was very worn down, paint peelings sticking to wet feet from the ground and some guests were hosting a birthday party so there was wrappers and parts of cupcakes on the floor. The pool and hot tub seemed clean enough otherwise. All the furniture should be replaced. Rusty, moldy and chairs missing pieces. Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of variety and hot options. No one came to clean up the room on the second day. Just annoying because the trash wasn’t emptied and we didn’t have space to hang up all the towels so they were getting gross. Shortage of towels for swimming the second night but we made due. The next morning after breakfast I asked if there were towels for swimming and was told a load was finishing in 20 minutes but they were out until then. We let the kids swim and came to grab towels 45 minutes later to be told there were zero towels for us to use….no pool, hand, bath or any towels period. So our kids got out of the pool, dripped going to our room and we used the same towels again. How can you not have any towels for a weekend??? Laundry was on site so why weren’t things being washed for guests to use?

This place was decent. The room was average and it was clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair so my kids were a little bummed. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The gentleman at the front desk was great and the lady at breakfast was so kind. Went out of her way for my kids!

This hotel is fairly newly built, but from the interior conditions you would never know it. Carpet and walls were dirty and stained. The tub had staines in the bottom. Soap scum on the shower walls. The pool was out of service. The thermostat on the wall was not operational, had to use the manual controls. Bathroom vent cover was barely attached to the wall. Very little sound proofing, you could hear all your neighbors walking around, doors closings, kids etc. Poor ventilation system as there was a terrible skunk-like odor in the hallways.

Hotel is nice rooms are clean and not outdated. Tv was missing the power cord and remote but everything else worked well. Bed sheets had stains. Staff was really nice and helpful. Pool needs to be updated didnt

pool was ice cold, people in next room was so loud we go no sleep after traveling all day! we left after one night even though we were booked for 2 nights, and we had 2 rooms !

Our service by Mike at check in was good. He was very accommodating and nice. The most things wrong with our stay were kind out of control for the hotel itself. (Other guests) The pool seemed awful green to me. Our bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned as the vent was taken apart and I found EKG patches in the bathroom shelving. Walls are super thin and we had to be up at 5am for soccer games while the large group of teen girls screamed and banged on walls all night long. I did appreciate the firm beds. That was comfortable to me. I’m not sure I’d pick this hotel a second time unless it was absolutely necessary. It just wasn’t the greatest experience for us.

We checked in and hotel lobby was busy and only had one elevator. The lobby was dirty and I was already hesitant. The elevator was dirty and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Then we got to our room and it also smelled bad, then we noticed the rooms condition. The beds sheets were dirty w what looked like Cheeto finger prints all over sheets and comforters. Chocolate stains covered the comforter as well. We went to call front desk and picked up phone and it was filthy, drawers to dresser were disgusting, public hair, trash, crumbs…. By vanity sink area there was pills underneath and we grabbed our things and checked out. It was horrible and looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The only positive thing was the fact there was a hotel near by with availability. There was also some sort of dead bugs in the beds.

It was good enough for a 1 night stay. When we turned on the light in the bathroom, the vent automatically comes on. Well... it filled the bathroom with a **** like odor. Also, the guest were quite noisy, but that is not at the fault of the hotel.

The pull out couch's mattress in the suite was disgusting and very uncomfortable. The walls need to be wiped down and there was trash behind things. Pool was cloudy. Bed and sheets were clean. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was very nice.

The hotel was super nice! The rooms were very nice! The breakfast was AMAZING (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, toast, beagles, waffles, muffins, yogurt and etc). The only thing I would change about the hotel room was the lighting in the bathroom mirror area as the lighting was very dim in that area. We didn't use the pool but we looked at that area and it looked nice. It was great that they had a washer and dryer on the 4th floor so I was able to wash my daughters soccer uniforms between games over the weekend. This hotel is located in a great area that is convenient to get to different soccer fields, restaurants and shopping areas. You get A LOT with this hotel for the low cost it is to stay.
