Not upto it's mark as per the brand name. Cleanliness at an average. Small rooms and bathroom of two rooms has common wall with opening at top.

1. Room was not ready we have wait at reception for about one hour, guest toilet was very dirty, room was not cleaned properly, bedsheet were not changed, pillow covers were dirt new was not available, very poor room service, food was ok taste wise. But family had stomach upset after that, overall not a pleasent stay
though location we wise it was good place

Ac was not working on day 1. Hotel shifted is tona different room -larger room at no cost. Others too had a similar problem, we heard them complaining. Ii day no water for three hours in the morning. Rooms were not very clean but not too bad either

The property has easy check in and has a full Mountain View from the top floor. It’s getting renovated and could be a good place to stay. The staff is very friendly and they welcomed us and helped us with guide to the city. Overall a good property to stay in.
