The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

This is a very good property,they have really good buffet and nice hospitality. The bar section is also good but has few choices of Indian beers . The location is also within city ,local transport is available,swimming pool is good and the staff is cooperative

This is one of the WORST four star hotels I have ever stayed in. Please look at the pictures I am attaching and judge for yourself. The carpet was filthy and torn all over. The furniture was so dirty that we didn’t want to sit on it. The toilet seat was smaller than the bowl so you touched the bowl. Just an awful experience.

It was my third time at the hotel and definitely coming back. Great team, clean rooms , on spot SOPs! Kudos to Noopur, Kanhaiya,Navraj,Bhupesh- young India , youthful energy and an eye for detail. They took brilliant care. The breakfast was great too
