Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful hotel, excellent helpful staff. I’ve been to Haridwar 3 times and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stopped at. lovely bathroom with great power shower. Good air conditioning. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. VISIT IT AGAIN IF I COME BACK TO HARIDWAR..THANKS

Staying at the ganpati plaza was a memorable and nice experience. Property is a class apart. Well maintained, ample parking space, neat & clean rooms, and exceptionally good service. Highly recommended to people travelling to Haridwar! We would like to applaud and appreciate the efforts of the General Manager, garvit and his team including Vikas, Shammi and the entire team at the hotel, house keeping, front office etc.. for delivering the best of the services at a pretty reasonable price. Grateful to Rai Saheb for his farsightedness to offer such an exceptional level of hospitality at an affordable cost. He is a visionary indeed.

Stay was comfy and nice. Great amenities. Strategically located and beautifully maintained. Job well done by Akhil, Akash and Mukul. They made us feel welcomed and ensured we were well taken care off till the end of our stay. Will definitely return for future stays.

Nice place to stay. I was travelling family for tourist purpose and i was feeling so comfortable and safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly specially Garvit. Would recommend you to visit there. Food was great. Rooms were maintained nicely.

Nice rooms nice location. Hotel is on the main road. Verry near to har ki pauri. Only walking distance.staff is very polite in nature. Only 5 min walking distance to har ki pauri main ganga ghat. Main thing is rooms are very reasonable prices.

Booked room at hotel ganpati plaza haridwar for my parents. The blessing I got from them are countless. They enjoyed each and every moment of their stay at hotel. Thanks to Mr. Garvit for coordinating and making all the necessary arrangements. Fabulous location. Balcony rooms. Clean and big rooms.

Worst hotel experience ever, rooms were not clean, unhygienic and were in pathetic condition. Live wires hanging on top of the beds, door mats looked like were picked up from garbage truck. There were spiders and webs hanging all around. Bedsheets were full of hairs and spots, when asked to change the bedsheets the staff mentioned all the sheets are like this and the guest should live with it. Electricity was being short circuited after every few mins. We had to leave the room immediately for out safety. Everyone should avoid the hotel at all cost
