It’s a shame that customer service is so poor at this hotel. The hotel is new and clean, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, my room had a broken thermostat which made the room freezing on an already cold night. I was traveling with my newborn and was very concerned for my baby’s safety. It took two hours to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. Once I did, the front desk clerk told me that this was not her problem because she did not work for maintenance. I have attempted to reach out to the manager, but she will not respond to my calls. If you book, make sure you check the thermostat upon entering and ask for extra blankets.
