Super leuk en gezellig hotel op een geweldige plek. Wij hadden de kamer met een trap naar een 'zolder' kamer. Super leuk!

I am solo so the little room I got was perfect. 100 € a night so stayed two nights. They don’t have parking but the garage across the street is large, clean and safe. 20€ night but they’ll stamp it to give a little discount. I was literally in the heart of everything I wanted to see. I was a block from that famous view with the canal and tilted church Vermeer painted and the market square. Staff was awesome and helpful which includes the front desk and the breakfast staff. My only negative is even with the window closed I could still hear people laughing and walking by hotel which is a common path for people/bikes. Bring earplugs. Breakfast wasn’t the best and I’m really glad I didn’t pay the full 20€. It ended up being about 10 each day because it was “ included” in price which I paid 20 extra for 2 days. If you want convenience go for it but if you have time just get breakfast at one of the many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Overall I am very happy with my stay. Thank you! Enjoyed our stay here. The room was well appointed with climate control and a large opening window. The bathroom had a full sized bathtub, great for having a soak after a day sightseeing. I would have given five stars had the room been equipped with a fridge. All in all a nice place to stay.

The reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft. Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones. I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude. Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.

We booked the Comfort Deluxe room and it worked out well. This room had a shower only which was what we wanted. The room was modern and well laid out. It was very clean except that the floors were pretty dusty. The hotel was easy to get to off of the expressway. The free parking was the biggest bonus of this hotel and the main reason we chose it. This definitely feels like a business persons hotel. Every time we came through the lobby there were a lot of very professionally dressed people. We were there during the week so it might be different on the weekends. We definitely stood out as tourists.

I stayed in the suite - the hotel's largest room - for two nights in May. This hotel is certainly the most upscale option in Delft. The design details of the room were impressive - if aesthetics are something you value in a hotel stay, Hotel ****naal delivers. I loved the soaking tub in the room, and the additional seating area in front of the oversized window overlooking the canal. The TV set up at the foot of the bed was jarring with the rest of the room design, I wished that there was a way to push the TV stand down so that it did not block the visibility of the rest of the room. I liked the bluetooth speaker/record player, although I was confused because it was nonfunctional (the needle was missing) yet came with two vinyls. It did work as a speaker. I enjoyed daily breakfast and appreciated that there were many delicious options available including on-demand hot options. Cons: I wished there had been somewhere to lock a bike in the hotel's courtyard versus on the street. It was loud outside at night, and sound carried into the room. This didn't bother me, but some guests might have taken issue. My friend who lives in the area noted that there's a fraternity on the same block. Classes had just ended, so maybe the revelry isn't an issue normally. The hotel had very limited onsite bar/dining options outside of breakfast. I went down to order a cocktail 30 minutes before closing, and was told they were only able to offer beer or wine at that point. I'm assuming because they had already done bar cleanup for the night, but still... I was surprised given the upscale positioning of the hotel. Overall, I really appreciated my stay at Hotel ****naal and found the experience quite serene and elevated. Book the suite!

I stayed for just a couple days but I immediately felt involved in the social atmosphere of the Hub! The room was cozy and welcoming, very clean and quiet. The common spaces are great, the food and drinks are nice and always served with a smile. I would really have liked to be able to stay more and fully enjoy the social events and spaces!

We were a group of 12 people and felt very comfortable. Good breakfast, a beautiful garden where you could sit. We would particularly like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The quiet surroundings and the short distance to the old town are another positive impression. We can only recommend the hotel.

This hotel is at an excellent location: right by the train station, close to the city centre and lovely restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and the room was cleaned daily.
