A very clean, comfortable hotel. The Kitchen restaurant was great for breakfast, a ln excellent way to start the day. Unfortunately no licence so no alcohol available if having dinner although food was good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were modern with all amenities acurate to online description. Able to change money for a good rate.

The Hotel has nice ambience, friendly staffs and offers nice rooms for a comfortable stay. Excellent location. Mr. Sandeep House Keeping Manager was really helpful and courteous. He possess excellent guest handling techniques and comes up with quick resolutions. The Kitchen offers Good Food with limited choice. Breakfast menu needs improvement. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and we really had good moments at Hotel.Saket 27.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN DELHI! WE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL! 1) I have requested for premium room for 3 days which they charge 6k per night without extra bed. I requested for additional extra bed so that’s like 7k they charged. When I went in the room was so small which you can’t even add an extra bed! When I request them to remove the chair so will have more space they was like oh hotel policy went can’t move. Then I have decide to change to a bigger one which was suites for 13k per night. It was extremely overpriced for this kind of hotel! 2) The next day comes the manager asking us when are you checking out? I was like huh why? We lock the room here for 3 days which we paid for 1 day and the next day we will settle the balance. He was like no the room you are in now is booked by someone else for 7 days and you will need to check out like wth he think of himself! I was like we took for 3 days and he was like no this room was available for 1 day only and then I asked him did you let us know in this? He was quiet. He was like we can suggest you 2 rooms of premium with the same price. I was like dude the 2 room cost is 12k and that suites was 13k so what are you trying to do here? Anyways I was refusing since I have told him for 3 days locked it. He was like no the other guest already booked it. I told them to ask them to move to that room then it’s your fault if you did not block it online so people won’t book on that day. He was like there is one guest who are disable and so on we have to give them. Somehow I say fine just leave it I had enough with them I moved to the premium room. 3) their breakfast was worst no point getting it. 4) Lastly, when we checked out and came back it appears one of the guest who was with us had very bad rashes on their hand and back part of body which was 100% sure because of the extra bed they provided. It was like very rusty. This is the worst hotel and also the creamery poor management. Surprisingly how they even get good rating it’s either they buy or what! TERRIBLE HOTEL!
