Louise who helps with breakfast is 5-star! She makes you feel welcome and goes the extra mile for every guest….. She made our stay warm and friendly! The room was excellent and bath extremely clean and sparkling. Convenient location to the tennis center and just a few blocks to lots of shops and eateries. We’ll be back!

While the hotel itself was superior due to the recent renovations, what made this trip truly outstanding was the front desk service provided by Dylan. This young man went above and beyond to provide a higher level of service than I normally experience at any hotel. When my room was out of coffee, he didn't just send housekeeping a note; he got the coffee and brought it to me while I was in the lobby. He personally greeted me each time he saw me and made sure I got my free water each day. He made our stay relaxing and easy.
