It's an older hotel and the halls smell a little funky but that quickly fades. The rooms show some signs of wear but are clean and have all the things you need. The bed was clean and comfy. The dining room was cozy and inviting. There seemed to be a little confusion in the kitchen, I know places are short staffed, but the food that arrived I really enjoyed. It is close to lots of things, I was on foot for this trip. The value was good for the price and I would stay here again.

Building old and in need of renovations. No parking for all the guests and if you lucky to get a parking it’s $50 per day! Restaurant fully booked both nights… No hot water in the shower had to go find a Manager to assist. Overall Not bad, but not what we expected from the pictures on the website

We travelled for a family event and needed a twin share room with car parking availability in a central location. Loved the historical building with modern, comfortable decor. Cheerful decoration atmosphere - amazing staff - would certainly both recommend and stay again :-)

Great hotel with a great restaurant. The only downside is the costly price. Buts worth it if you need to stay close to the airport.

Stunning hotel with funky art throughout. Right on Cuba street so a short walk for shopping and restaurants. Excellent service throughout the hotel from staff. A lovely buffet style breakfast or cocktails from the bar with beautiful dining areas. Will definately be returning.

作為希爾頓集團旗下的中高端酒店，惠靈頓的希爾頓逸林並沒有辜負我的期待。 酒店的地理位置優秀，坐落於惠靈頓市中心繁華街區，距必打卡點Cable Car Station僅有一條馬路之隔，且距離大部分惠靈頓市內景點均可以步行抵達（當然，惠靈頓市區規模本來就不大，喜歡city walk的朋友不要錯過）。 由於酒店所在的建築較老，酒店內設施體驗沒法給到滿分，但內部裝潢藝術感十足——尤其是酒店的電梯，很有特色。 從每次入住希爾頓逸林時都會有的一塊曲奇餅乾開始，酒店服務令人滿意，溝通高效快捷。 早餐為常規的Continental breakfast自助，菜品種類較少，口味中規中矩，便不做過多評價（咖啡味道可以）。 美中不足的是客房內部某些角落衞生做得不夠好，工作台周圍的縫隙肉眼可見灰塵堆積，雖不影響大體使用但多少影響觀感，希望以後可以多加註意。 整體而言，一次愜意且滿意的入住體驗。 *注：入住需要注意，會按每晚NZ$50的標準收取按金（當然入住期間產生的其他費用是可以以此抵扣的），且由於需要對應信用卡訊息（Hilton Honors會員），衹接受實體卡片，不接受Apple Pay等非接觸式付款，請抵店前預先準備好。 （另附一則入住時的小插曲：入住期間惠靈頓附近發生了一次4.5級地震，市區距離震中約40km，當時我躺在床上能感受到持續數秒輕微程度的晃動，不過後來我出門時詢問前台，前台小姐姐卻説沒感覺到，果然新西蘭人面對火山地震什麼的還是太鬆弛了）

房間很小。沒有一兩瓶免費礦泉水。入住時候的酒店前台接待人員服務態度不好，很不耐煩。酒店自己的停車場居然要收費，一晚25紐幣，住了兩晚入住時繳納50紐幣，可是第二天的中午發現前擋玻璃被酒店貼單説“你沒有交費，可以被拖車”。我拿着單子去前台投訴，被告知是他們沒有交接班清楚。房間的門卡第二天不能開門了，天吶！房卡需要每一天續住！！！ 這是我目前住過的裏服務最差的！！！ 不會再住這家酒店了！

The hotel is clean, tidy and has all you need for a short stay. The continental breakfast is very simple yet adequate, but not sure it’s worth $30 per head. There was no hot water for three mornings in a row, besides colleagues and myself letting reception know every day. Got used to cold showers!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was a breeze, and we were allocated a room as requested, in a quiet zone of the hotel. Although on a steep hill, the elevator down the street level was a bonus. After a long day, we used the room service and can highly recommend the Haloumi Burger for something different. But please have a Club Sandwich on the menu in the future. The bed was terrific and we had a great sleep. Breakfast (included in our room tariff) was great. A take away container of fresh fruit offered was a nice bonus. Will I/We stay here again? Yes. Sure will.

Enjoyed our stay, central location, friendly helpful staff. We thought we had booked a wheelchair accessible room and I guess it was but it was very tight as far as manouvering a person in a chair around. Fortunately my wife still has ability to get out of chair and walk a few steps into toilet area etc but we did think that if someone had less mobility than her, it would have been way more of a struggle. Still enjoyed our stay, great place.

Great service from Deepak. He’s so awesome, attentive and approachable. The room is neat and comfortable. My family did enjoy and happy with everything, especially the pool and sauna. We’ll definitely go back and this hotel is highly recommended.

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

Location is good close to the water and city center. People very nice. However there were several issues. Our room was on the ground floor. Almost no daylight. Just a small window looking at a blind wall. Lights in the room need to be on during the day. Bathroom very strange. The sink is so small, more a sink for a washroom. Mirror not above the sink. Shower has a curtain. Bathroom is completely open so when you are in bed you can see everything. It is very difficult to call this a 4 star hotel... Maybe rooms on upper floors are better. When we complained about our room, we were told that the hotel was full. However, we booked way in advance..months before.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Best hotel we have stayed in ..... Ever!!! around the world. Boutique, with sublime attention to detail, & staff that felt like family. Everything catered for. Great location, big rooms, large bathrooms, and great facilities. #1 choice. Lots of little touches that make the difference. Staff could give a lesson to many others !! Thanks

Awesome to finally have a decent hotel in Lower Hutt. The rooms are beautifully furnished but the couch is not very comfortable. The biggest disappointment how we was the service. Ltd English at reception. Dining room shut early on two occasion. Car parking over subscribed despite us paying in advance for it. The chair in our room was broken. I called at night to advise them and was told to come down in the morning and tell reception them when the maintenance man was on site. I asked if they could leave a message over night for him and was told no - best if I manage it myself. The gym that comes with it is also 500 metres walk away rather than being able to use the gym right next door.

Was suprised that we couldn't cook the fish ( Blue Cod) we caught that afternoon in the motel as we faced a $300 fee if we did.

Cannot recommend this place more highly. The cleanliness was so noticeable as one walked into the unit. There was a problem with the wifi that the proprietress immediately dealt with. I also left my electric toothbrush behind by mistake, Jodie made sure it was sent back to me and although I asked twice for the cost of returning so that I might reimburse she just ignored me and returned it to me.

Great customer service, the rooms were well designed and a good size. They had all the modern features you’d need and like for a trip. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Main reason for the review is the customer service, I’ve stayed at quest hotels whilst traveling a fair amount. Hands down one of the best by far. The staff went out of there way to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Would recommend 5 stars.

It's a nice place to spend a night. A drink in the bar before dinner helps. I don't know much about the food as I had a pizza only. An average meal. Oh, the conference facilities are good.

This is one of the best motel I’ve stayed in. We are a family of 4 and found the room spacious and generous. Beds and pillows were comfy and clean. Small kitchenette in the room, for simple cooking. Toiletries replenished each day. There is laundry and dryer available, just see staff for assistance. Room is serviced very tidily and to a high standard each day, thanks to Anne, our room housekeeper. Resham the manager is helpful and goes the way out to help. Fantastic service. Good central location, near supermarkets. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We booked through the Flight Centre as we had vouchers to use up, we were terribly disappointed with the room 8. The photos online look good but….Travellers beware there is no reception, only a phone number. On arrival the fron glass door has a massive big crack in the glass from top to bottom. There is no heat pump/air con but two heaters were provided. Sadly these have been let go. I stayed here a few years ago when it was not part of the ‘U Studios Group’ and it was lovely. The toilet door has been removed, the bathroom basin cracked, the glass ware and crockery etc filthy and disgusting. We washed this first up but chose to eat dinner out and booked another motel for the next night even though we had already paid for two nights. The next morning we packed up and went out for breakfast too. The kitchen is so old and the place smells it to. Rodent traps very evident. There was no cover/sheet over the duvet but the sheets themselves were clean on a very uncomfortable bed. The light shade was mouldy, the blinds were useless, the curtains were strung over the door. There had been an attempt at a new paint job in places. All the rooms looked the same hence why we left early.
