Hotel is conveniently located. Staff was friendly. Did have issues with key card after first night but front desk was able to quickly resolve the issue.

Nice big rooms friendly staff

We booked this hotel for $57 through a third party. The hotel cancelled our pre paid reservation because they discovered they could get 7 times that amount due to the sold out Garth Brooks concert nearby. Even though we had booked weeks before, they waited less than 24 hours before our arrival to cancel our reservation. When we arrived (not even aware they had cancelled), they told us we could rebook the room for $350. Thank goodness the booking agency found us another room and paid the difference in prices. IF this is not illegal it should be!

This is the cleanest and nicest OYO on the Baton Rouge side of the river. However, if you know anything about the OYOs in Baton Rouge, you know that's not saying very much. The staff at this particular OYO are also far more pleasant than the rest of the OYOS. They actually bring you clean towels every single day and you don't have to harass them about it. There are a couple of thing about this hotel that are not my favorite. For example: They charge a refundable 50$ SECURITY DEPOSIT that has to be on a debit/credit card. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS and the deposit CANNOT be transferred to a new reservation meaning: if you would like to stay another night, the room has to be paid by 11am or another $50 security deposit will be charged to your card. If you pay before 11am you simply extend the current reservation and no new deposit is required. This deposit may take UP TO 15 Business days to appear back on your card. That is, if they don't keep it for some nonsensical reason.

This hotel is okay with my experience here at the OYO in Denham Springs the customer service is horrible as well is the Housekeepers my bed broke while I was sleeping last night 2 nights before that I went to the front desk and told them about it and they been was supposed to come look at it and fix it I had to screw it together and that's when it collapsed on me last night while I was asleep they still haven't done nothing about the bed yet

It was a alright hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. But it’ll do if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Kakitangan tidak secara formal dan tidak membantu dalam apa cara sekalipun. Apabila saya menghubungi syarikat untuk membuat aduan, saya telah terputus sambungan dua kali. Saya tidak mengesyorkan hotel ini, larut malam yang berlaku di pertubuhan ini bukanlah sesuatu yang mana-mana keluarga ingin berada di sekelilingnya tertakluk kepada anak-anak mereka.
